La Chaumière in Kergonan is one of the oldest and most authentic thatched cottages on the island. Its charm comes from the natural elements of the thatch (of course!), the stones and wood. As owners, we love it because it offers a great deal of comfort, conviviality and privacy. With the sea just a few meters away, and an extensive garden, La Chaumière in Kergonan is ideally located to spend some quality time relaxing with family and friends. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). This atypical small house offers a master bedroom upstairs and then a mezzanine type hut (see photo)

On the ground floor you will enjoy a living room area with TV, a dining area and a small fully equipped kitchen, both separated by a counter. The two bedrooms can accommodate two to three people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
