Holiday rentals with beach access in Île-de-France

Merci à Franck et Sylvie pour leur accueil dans leur magnifique appartement. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. L’appartement est soigné et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très lumineux avec la verrière et la terrasse fleurie, nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

We stayed four nights and really enjoyed our stay here! The flat is few minutes away from 3 metro stations and close by to Gare du Nord. The flat is spacious (especially for Paris) with a comfortable living room and has character! We loved the flair! The host was very responsive, friendly and helpful! We considered ourselves lucky with this place in Paris!

This was a great find. We had booked somewhere in the Marais but they cancelled us at fairly short notice so we decided to look further away from the centre - and we were very glad we did. The apartment is very convenient, just next to the Metro (only 3 stops from Gare du Nord) on a nice little square just back from the main road. Easy walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (great for picnics) and to the Canal de l'Ourcq which has plenty of non-touristy bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, a good size and well-equipped. Just as described (including the bike!). It really was like staying in a proper home, not a rental. Fabrice gave helpful info beforehand and was very friendly and responsive. We really liked this place and would happily return.

My stay at Gérard's place was great! The apartment is just as shown, and is very spacious. Even though it's on a busy street, the apartment faces the courtyard and is very quiet. Location is 10/10 and it's a great value for the price. We did have a delay checking in since there was a typo in the code sent to us, but Gérard responded reasonably promptly to help us!

Jacky was such a friendly and helpful host, always had good recommendations and he really elevated our experience in Montreuil! The apartment was very clean, we had lots of space and privacy. The little terrace is even bigger than it seems in the pictures and it was our favorite place to be in the apartment. The communication with Jacky was super easy, we felt very welcome and safe at his place! 10/10 would recommend!

L’endroit est tout simplement incroyable et idyllique! Dommage que l’on puisse pas mettre 10 étoiles! L’accueil parfait, l’hôte proactif, disponible et attentionné! Nous avons passé un week-end de rêves et avons eu du mal à quitter l’endroit!!! Nous ferons tout pour y retourner un jour!!!

Le cadre est idyllique, le jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu, avec vue sur la rivière, sur laquelle on peut faire un tour de canoë ou de kayak. La maison est très agréable, avec sa grande pièce de vie et sa cuisine bien équipée. La literie est très confortable. Et enfin Fabrice est très accueillant, disponible et de bon conseil sur les activités à faire dans le coin : balades en forêt, jolis villages, châteaux…

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

très bel environnement - attention aux nombreux escaliers irréguliers à l'arrivée côté route. Si vous avez comme nous une personne qui a des difficultés de déplacement, prévoyez de la déposer côté Seine.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We love the Fontainebleau area and all the wonderful activities it has to keep everyone engaged, from forest walks, climbing, swimming to restaurants, museums and, of course, Paris a convenient train ride away. Stephane's place is brilliant; at once spacious and cosy, it is fully equipped, both inside and outside, with a gorgeous and expansive garden. It's got great connectivity to everything, but is very peaceful once you go through the gates. The local supermarket and boulangerie and excellent, but it's a short car ride to the nearby hypermarché and a huge choice of other bakeries. As host, Stephane is amazing. Always responsive and ready to help, we felt very welcome and in safe hands. Top notch all around.

Merci Arnaud pour le séjour. La maison a été calme et fonctionnelle pour un groupe de 10 personnes. Le coin spa est génial et super entretenu et permet de profiter un maximum du lieu. Tout était parfait et propre. Arnaud est un hôte disponible et arrangeant je recommande !

Jolies chambres décorées avec goût, très bon accueil, hôte réactif et sympathique, environnement calme.

Le cadre est vraiment joli et apaisant, pas de vis à vis. Le jacuzzi hyper agréable une très belle adresse et un hôte bienveillant, on vous conseille cette belle adresse !

Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, le logement est très agréable. A proximité des commerces et d'un joli parc situé à deux pas. En cas de problème ou de question, les propriétaires sont tout de suite à l'écoute pour les solutionner. Très bon séjour, nous y retournerons volontiers. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Fabrice est très agréable dans la communication, logement très propre ,confortable avec un super balcon.nous y reviendrons certainement .je recommande.

C'est la 2e fois que je viens chez Philippe, tout était parfait. Rien à signaler d'autres. Philippe est très accueillant. N'hésitez pas à venir pour un court ou plus long séjour.

location très propre, dans un cadre de vie très agréable, au calme. les hôtes sont très serviables, à l'écoute et très gentils. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de pièce de vie et la cuisine un peu petite ( mais il y a plusieurs restaurants disponibles juste à côté, à pied. Nous la recommandons et reviendrons, sans hésiter, chez Julien et Manon !
