The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Charming 70 m² house renovated in 2021. Right in the heart of the village of La Flotte, in a quiet alley next to the church. Everything is nearby: the port, the market, the shops, the beach. The house does not have an outdoor area but is in a very good location. You can do anything on foot. Equipped with Internet (fiber), Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, TVs, everything for your comfort. Linens and towels are provided for stays of one week or more.

We bought this house a little over 6 years ago now and renovated it from floor to ceiling. Always in love with Ile de Ré, we wanted a holiday home to host family and friends. We lend you our house for a stay and hope you enjoy spending time there as much as we do Both parking lots allow easy and free parking year-round. Possibility to rent the attached wine cellar in July and August
