Un VRAI matelas 140x190 de 24cm d’épaisseur confortable et une TV connectée. La kitchenette est équipée de plaque de cuisson, d’un réfrigérateur, d’un micro-ondes, d’une bouilloire et d’une machine à café.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Welcome to my lovely apartment! I live in a quiet apartment by the Erdre, very close to the city center and Talensac market. It consists of a large bright living room, with a terrace, overlooking the side of the Erdre. The room is spacious and quiet. The apartment is located next to the Japanese garden of the Île de Versailles, a few very nice bars, the St Mihiel tram stop, a bakery and a grocery store. You can do anything on foot.
