The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The apartment located in the city center 2 steps from the train station, is beautifully decorated and equipped. Check-in is very simple and communication with the concierge company is very simple, quick and pleasant. You have free parking space 5'walk away, a luxury in the city center. We came 2 days to 3 couples 1 baby and 1 dog, it was just perfect. I would recommend the place without a second thought.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at Lucas' place. The apartment was situated right by the cathedral in the centre of town, walking distance to public transport and attractions, and it has everything you need for a stay there. Lucas himself was very friendly and considerate, and when there was a small problem with the apartment he did not hesitate to come over quickly and fix it himself. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking to spend a few days in Nantes.

It’s a beautiful little flat that I felt comfortable in, was near the tram line and I was totally comfortable. There is also a Carrefour right across the street which was convenient. The host was helpful, responsive and friendly.
