I’ve stayed more than once and Debbie is a wonderful host that makes your stay that much more comfortable. A great unit with everything you need.

High five to the host, excellent communication from the minutes my booking was confirmed. The place is very close to the mall just convenience at it's best. Security is strict so safety was not in question. What you see in the pictures is what you get. I did however have a problem with the WiFi, the connectivity was not so great as it went on and off not only on phones but the TV. Overall great place would book again.

Beautiful spot with awesome view of the ocean. Spacious and relaxing with the sound of the waves. Monkeys were a pest but manageable Weather was spectacular We loved staying here

Bukeka was a superb host, always friendly and responsive. Her place is well kept and is just as is in the pictures. The complex was very peaceful and quiet. I would certainly recommend her place to others as well.

We had such a wonderful stay! Tatton was absolutely lovely—so welcoming, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The unit itself was beautiful—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Lovely spacious apartment in a safe and peaceful estate with a lovely see view. The estate facilities are also top class.

Lovely unit in the Balwin Ballito Hills estate. Everything was on point and almost felt like home away from home. Smart home control by Alexa took some getting used to, but fun and convenient to use. Unit has everything to ensure a good long or short term stay. Domestic came in twice a week. Even helped with personal laundry. Security is tight and access control took some effort to get working but once set up properly worked effectively. We made good use of the estate pool, cafe, padel courts. Owner was easy to deal with and he responded timely when texted. Will definitely return if required.

Very clean house and had all the utensils, towels, cleaning materials etc. that you need for a long stay. There is an aircon in the house as well that’s not listed! 🙏🏼 Dylan is quick on replies and was very helpful.

Jessica’s place was absolutely gorgeous - the view from the patio is so magnificent - it feels like you are floating above the tree line - looking into the ocean view. The estate is really gorgeous and wonderful for children - the restaurant on the premises has a play area right in front of it and the food is delicious. Jessica was a wonderful host, such a beautiful home with anything you would need.

Ashley was a wonderful host, very helpful and good communication! The house was great had everything you needed and the open plan lives so well! Only downside there was only AC in the main bedroom but all rooms had fans. We loved our stay!

Love this home! It is focused on kids and entertainment. There is a spectacular patio overlooking the sea. It is safe and secure and felt like home. I love how upstairs is the central point and we could all be together without getting in each other's space. there is a cute Kids lounge downstairs with a TV, so the kids had their own space. the bedrooms are spacious and modern. Bathrooms are clean. The kitchen is fully kitted and beautiful. Friendly cleaning lady. Thank you for a great holiday home.

It’s an extraordinary place, and staying at Wendy’s stunning home will make your experience even more special. Having visited Simbithi multiple times, I can confidently recommend this property. Wendy’s home is just as beautiful as it appears in the photos—secluded enough to feel private, yet conveniently located near everything you might need. A truly wonderful stay—highly recommended!

Leigh’s home is wonderful, spacious and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck into the the forest was so serene and peaceful. Leigh was a perfect host. She responded promptly thought our booking. Location of the property was perfect, close to shops and lots to do in the area for families. Thuli, the housekeeper was such a help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Leigh’s and would definitely book again.

Lindy’s home was an incredible haven for our weekend away: it felt like home from the start. Immaculately clean, and with beautiful sea and forest views - it’s a tranquil refuge that we’ll certainly return to. Cannot recommend enough and we will certainly be back.

Our family vacation at this accommodation was nothing short of exceptional. The house, located in a secure estate with beautiful wildlife, provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Shops and beaches were within a convenient 10-kilometer radius. The host's generosity in allowing our kids to play with the toys was a heartwarming touch. While the security rules can be strict, the host's provided code helped to mitigate potential inconveniences. We experienced some minor issues with network coverage (this is somehow mitigated by wifi access and is not in the control of the host). The helper (cleaning lady) was amazing and we appreciated having someone to ask questions regarding the house. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable and we would recommend this accommodation to families seeking a comfortable and convenient getaway.

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at Kristin’s gorgeous home. It was immaculate. The amenities kept the kids entertained the entire stay. Kristin was always accessible to us to provide guidance and support. The pictures do not do this place justice, an absolute dream. Thanks Kristin, we’ll be back!
