André and Flavia's apartment is right in front of the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

From the booking to the last day of stay everything was very good! The first time we used airbnb and we already had a wonderful experience, they always responded quickly and politely, gave suggestions for places to eat and hang out. The extremely clean and organized environment, it felt like home! We'll be back more often for sure!!

We spent a wonderful holiday in this accommodation. The accommodation matches the photos and description, very cozy, clean and well equipped, with everything we needed. The view is beautiful and the place has all the kitchen utensils and barbecue, which made it a lot easier. Access to the beach is very easy, which was great. That’s the perfect place for a holiday break! Very close to the beach, the house is cozy, spotless, and has a fully equipped kitchen, along with a lovely barbecue and pool area. Kids, adults, and even our pet had a wonderful time here. Jade, the hostess, was always respectful, kind, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I truly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart! Sending good vibes and all our gratitude to Jade and her family!

The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We love the place, condominium with many activities for children even in rainy weather. A Jurema always very nice. I recommend it and we intend to return.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
