The apartment served in the best way, great location, the space is great, it has everything you need and very close to the beach, just perfect, it couldn't be better. In addition to being super flexible with check-in and check-out, I loved the place.

Amei a organização, o ambiente da casa muito aconchegante, Tatiana muito svtiva. She always made sure we were fine or If we needed something. She is always on top of the game. I loved that it was a quiet place. Vidigal full of options to eat, to have good times on the terraces of Vidigal with incredible views of Ipanema. And Tatiane's house is super close by. We loved 10/10

Great studio apartment one block from the beach. The area is safe and very walkable. About a 15 minute walk to the metro station (General Osório). There is also a grocery market in the same building on the first floor (Zona Sul). The apartment has excellent Air Conditioning, the window style unit in the photo has been replaced with a new quiet mini split A/C. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook food, and a washing machine for clothes. Mauricio was always fast to respond and very helpful. You are very close to the beach so during the day there is always a lot of street noise from people/cars/buses. Not the apartments fault, it's just the reality being one block from the beach. After 11pm it gets very quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. The building itself is quiet, there was never any noise from the neighbors. Overall a great apartment and I would book again.
