Apartment holiday rentals in Ille-et-Vilaine

The apartment is sparkling clean, extremely tastefully furnished and more spacious than the photos suggest. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable. Another plus is that, despite the central location, the car can be parked in front of the door.

We had a lovely stay at Val Joyeux, a very authentic family home. The view of the bay is amazing, the environment is both peaceful while being close to the customs trail and the small center near the church that allows you to do some shopping. Jannick and Catherine were both very available and flexible on the check-in time. We hope to be back soon!

This is a bright and spacious apartment that had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy inside and offered a lovely balcony on the warmer days. Ferhat was very helpful and gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations. The huge park across the road has many walking trails and we even found it was possible to walk into the centre ville through the park and along the canal. We didn’t need a car to explore Rennes, though appreciated the convenient car park available under the building for our first night before dropping off our rental car. Overall, very happy with our stay here.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Ideal accommodation for staying in Saint-Lunaire. Beautiful view from the living room and bedroom, very close to shops and especially the sea. Well arranged and clean accommodation which makes the stay ideal with children. I highly recommend it.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The house is charming, perfectly equipped, impeccably clean and ideally located to discover Saint-Malo and its surroundings. We had a great time! The sea view is beautiful, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
