It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (top table fridge with freezer compartment, induction table, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), seating area, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, toilet.

It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area. A sleeping area with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room and separate toilet.
