Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Nous proposons à la location, dans le bourg de Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, cette charmante longère rénovée en 2024. D’une surface de 90 m², elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs. Elle comprend une pièce à vivre de 45 m², une cuisine équipée, deux chambres, une salle de bain, des WC séparés, ainsi qu’un extérieur d’environ 100 m². Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. Situé près du nouvel axe Rennes-Angers, en amoureux ou pour le travail, vous passerez d'agréables nuits dans un cadre atypique. Day use possible selon disponibilité sur demande. Le logement est bien sûr entiérement non fumeur. Le prix indiqué pour 2 personnes est pour un seul lit (pour le canapé lit avec draps, un supplément sera demandé). Le logement est un espace entièrement ouvert, il n'est pas adapté aux collègues.

This luxury cottage of 240 m2 is located on the ground floor of a very large villa built in 1976, former property of a rich industrialist of the " thirty glorious ". Renovated in 2019 while maintaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a 140 m2 room where you can swim, lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large 40 m2 living room with billiards, 2 m diagonal TV, virtual helmet, video library, library.

Welcome to our home You will have at your disposal the floor of our house which you will access through an independent entrance. On the ground floor, possibility of using an independent kitchen. Completely restored, the dormitory offers two double beds and two single beds, a desk area and a bathroom with shower. We were keen to furnish this space with taste and hope you will find well-being during this break.

Gîtes-SPA la nacre (Mont Dol)

Our SPA cottage is located near Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale and Saint-Malo. The nearest city center is Dol de Bretagne, 5 minutes away. The SPA is optional, it includes a jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The accommodation is accessible for people with limited mobility. The cottage is composed of 3 independent houses, surrounded by nature. La Nacre is the house on the right in the cover photo.
