My family had a great stay at the house. It's located in a nice neighborhood. Mai, the host, is very accommodating and provides what guests need. We made the right choice in choosing this house.

Raymund is very professional , kind , flexible and very considerate host. There’s no request that you ask that he can’t address and grant in a timely manner. That’s why our stay in his place is like staying in our own home. The caretaker is also very nice. This is our second time staying at Carmen’s Place. The first was 8 years ago when his parents were managing the place. We’re saddened to know from Raymund that his parents passed already. But I believe that the mantle of managing this place is in good hands under Raymund since he is equally able to advance the same business professionalism and kindness that his parents embodied when they were alive. I stayed at Mentor Moore’s home for a month and had an excellent experience with no issues at all. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—highly recommended for both short and long stays.

It was one of the best Arbnb homes that I stayed. The owners did a really great job about maintaining there house clean and tidy. Huge living space and dining area. All the rooms have AC. If I go back to iloilo again, i would definitely book again in there house. PS thank you for the mineral water!

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

Highly Recommended! Very accessible to Dumanggas Port and Public Market hihihi. Malinis din ang place and has complete set of appliances and other stuff you need to have a comfortable stay. The host offers variety of drinks din na you can purchase on a reasonable price. Very accommodating din ni miss jorja; she replies to all my queries kahit madaling araw na. Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding in Bacolod and had an amazing experience. We had lots of family flying in from different parts of the Philippines and abroad, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The caretakers—June, Pia, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. Venice was also wonderful to communicate with, responding to all my questions promptly and clearly. The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful garden, which made it feel like a serene retreat. It was quiet, cozy, and welcoming—we truly felt at home here. Thank you for making our family’s special occasion even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay in Bacolod!

Had an amazing 3days 2nights stay at Lafayette! The unit was clean and comfy, and the highlight was definitely the pool it was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Super convenient location too, close to everything. Highly recommend!

I love moon and the hanging moon lamp caught my eye right away and felt like I am home. A cute little clean space perfect for my preferences. Plus a friendly host! Will definitely go back!

Our stay at the O Residence was amazing. The mall is very close by so you can buy groceries and make dinner at the Airbnb. There was plenty of space for all 3 of us to fit and the amenities such as the pool and gym were a great touch. René was extremely helpful and responsive. Next time I am flying through Bacolod, I will be staying here.

Sean's place is homey and the decorations were really nice adding homey vibe. The location is superb. Sean is responsive and he makes sure you enjoy your stay. The building is old but the building and unit is well maintaned. Will book again Sean's place when in iloilo.

Booked this condo for my mom and relatives. They recently stayed at this condo and they had a fantastic experience! The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made them feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to everything you could need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and cozy place to stay!

Loved the bed and the pantry snacks and other stuff for sale was a great convenience. Mini-bar style. My only regret was booking another place (somewhere downtown) during the start of my trip and this place during the last day of our Ilo-ilo trip. But regardless, it was a good way to end my short vacation. We had a flight at 4AM so it was so hard to get up at 2AM because the room was so cozy. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Great view of the pool too! Location wise, it's easy to get around since it's in between the Uptown and Downtown and Ilo-ilo itself has to be the most walkable city that I've been to. Would definitely recommend

Martin’s place was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic locatio. It right beside the River Esplanade and close to Molo Plaza, with Festive Walk and SM Iloilo also within easy reach. The unit had a spacious layout, a nice vibe, and a lovely view of the river that we really enjoyed. We had a minor issue with the internet, but Martin responded quickly and got it resolved without hassle. He also has a great list of nearby food spots and attractions if you’re looking for local recommendations. Overall, a great stay and would definitely book again!

Highly recommended. The place is very clean. Host gives a very clear instruction on how to self check-in. What I liked most about the place is the neighborhood. Walking distance to river esplanade, Molo Mansion and Sunset Boulevard. Would definitely recommend to thise who wish to visit Iloilo City.

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

It was a last minute, same day booking and owner responded immediately. She quickly arranged for late self check-in since we are estimated to reach the city almost 6pm. Unit is great, we had restful stay and able to do laundry as well. A day prior our check out, I requested for late checkout due to delay in my flight schedule and the owner willingly allowed and coordinated to the front desk. Overall, it was a great location to cap off our vacation. Thank you for accommodating us.

We had a wonderful stay! This place was SUCH a vibe! Perfect spot if you’re looking for peace and quiet in Iloilo. Bonus points—it’s super close to SM Iloilo (yes, you can totally walk there 👟). The place was clean AF, the host was very responsive and accommodating, and they’ve got all the amenities you need. Oh, and the best part? The host left Butterscotch as a treat 🥹. It legit felt like a home away from home. 10/10 would stay again! 🌟

Our group loved the place! Interior design was really neat and the unit was superbly clean. They provided extra towels for each person which is highly appreciated. Everything you'd need for a quick stay is in the unit. Location is highly accessible and building is secure. Owners are super responsive and check-in/check-out process is so seamless. Our 2-night stay here was great. The host was very responsive. The place was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and the amenities like the fast Wi-Fi and smart TV truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip.
