In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. Haus Sautens is a charming chalet with a stunning view in a little and quiet village, Sautens/Oetztal. The house is very well equipped and has a beautiful garden with garden sauna to enjoy during summer and winter. Top outdoor activities are possible in summer and winter. Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.

Glanz & Glory Längenfeld - Sunny Suite 4

Whether as a couple or in groups of up to 6 people, you live gemiatlach, the locals' word for cosily, in one of the four stylish suites. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

A free bus is available for all guests (staying 2 nights or longer) from St. Sigmund to Kühtai. Public transportation is available from Innsbruck.

Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.
