I was going to go glamping because I had a couple's trip schedule, but I looked it up on Airbnb and visited this accommodation! In conclusion, it was a complete success! As soon as we checked in, we were immediately amazed by the cozy scent and the clean and pleasant kitchen, living room, and bedroom! In addition, the indoor barbecue area is spacious, and it is set up so that you can eat outdoors, so I was able to heal properly!! The cat family that comes as soon as we light a fire is also a killpo. I'm coming to this accommodation for my next couple's trip! I really enjoyed it!!

From the moment I entered, I was amazed by the host's aesthetic. I use Airbnb quite often, but this was one of the prettiest, and the surroundings were nice to walk around! And the restaurants recommended by the host were all so delicious, so I had a good time.

One of the cosiest and most atmospheric places I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The living room is so cool - and it smelled amazing. There’s a lot of space, so it’s perfect for families and other small groups. The location is good for visiting Hongdae and especially Gangnam, you will need to plan ahead if you wish to go further though (i.e to Western/Central Seoul), so keep that in mind. I recommend the area, regardless - it’s a unique experience as it seems not much tourists are around, perfect for an evening stroll + good restaurants around. I spent the night chatting with my friends in a pleasant environment. It was nice that the owner's taste matched ours. A morning of tea in a bright living room It was really nice. I was impressed by the incense and water purifier that caught the smell at the moment. The only flaw was the smell of the bathhouse sewer. It must have been because I had high expectations for a really clean bathroom. I turned the ventilator and it was solved. I live in Ilsan, but I'll come back when my friend comes. It was so nice that it was spacious and the bedding was clean! There were a lot of PS and Nintendo board games, so there were a lot of things to play, and it was really comfortable because it was equipped with everything I needed, such as charcoal and tongs foil when barbecuing! The surrounding scenery is so pretty and the building is well maintained, so I plan to visit again next time. I'm ☺️ so satisfied!

그래이스’s home is a modern tranquil space for rest. We stayed here for 3 days. It was a perfect retreat for two friends to get away from life. The space is impeccably clean. The two bedrooms allowed us to rest well. There is a much needed washing machine and dryer. And the shower room is massive but the rainfall and handheld shower heads are anchoring, cleaning off life from your shoulders. Also important to us was having AC in each room. Located in the charming Cheongchun Balsan Village (Radiating Youthfulness Village) [Gwangju], the entrance of the home is actually on the 108 steps which makes it super special! (And if you are BTS ARMY, there is a sweet surprise for you at the top of the street.) The location was convenient for us. We had a car so not sure about public transportation accessibility. Parking can be limited but we were fortunate to find parking along the street each day we were there. 그래이스 was a fantastic hostess, responding quickly at every question we had.

The owner was so kind and took care of everything, so I was so comfortable for 2 nights! My friends who went with me asked me to come again next time, so I'll go up again next time.

This accommodation is as pictured/described. The location is great; the location was quiet but not too far away from the places we wanted to visit. The owner was very helpful, meeting us when we arrived and explaining everything to us. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I stayed in Jeju for a week. The accommodation was spacious and overall tidy I rested well for a week without any major inconvenience.

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

From before our arrival to throughout our stay, they went out of their way to provide thoughtful and caring service. Thank you for making our Seoul trip truly memorable. The host was friendly, the accommodation was tidy and clean, and there were many convenient facilities such as a beam projector and barbecue grill, so I was able to rest comfortably.

I stayed on the 8th floor of the same hotel, so I definitely realized that this place was much more spacious, and so it was pleasant. I had a good rest with my dog. I'll come again. ^^

The accommodation is very clean and spacious. Soundproofing is excellent, and it's close to the Munhak Baseball Stadium, so it's great for baseball fans to visit on foot! I recommend it.👍

It's just as clean and pleasant as the photos. It was not at all insufficient for 9 of our family to stay overnight.Bedroom, blankets, kitchen. I was completely satisfied with the bathroom. Even if there are 10 people to stay with, it is enough. Highly recommend ~
