Monthly Rentals in Incline

Wow, what a fabulous property! My husband, two-year-old, and I stayed at Allison's beautiful and spacious home over a long weekend as part of our trip to Yosemite. The house was truly spotlessly clean (!), thoughtfully stocked, nicely decorated, and had clear instructions posted on the walls. Check-in was a breeze and the property was easy to find. It was nice to have a big kitchen with modern appliances and a good variety of kitchenware in perfect shape. The air conditioner and ceiling fans worked great over our hot stay. It was super helpful to have a Pack-N-Play and high chair provided, and we also appreciated that some of the dishes were plastic for our toddler. Allison had clear, prompt, and thorough communication, and was very patient with my questions prior to our stay. We had a great experience and would highly recommend!!

Loved staying at Dean and Angie's place. It's deep into the hills away from the sounds of traffic. I fell asleep nightly to the gentle croaking of frogs. Dean and Angie left thoughtful notes around the house with reminders and instructions to help make our stay comfortable. There was a great selection of movies, a cute guest book, a well stocked kitchen (cooking supplies), a fresh sponge, etc. It's a wonderful location, closer to Yosemite than Mariposa, but still close enough to Marisposa for groceries and eateries. Dean and Angie's instructions on getting to the place made it very easy to find, and I was a little bit intimidated about that before receiving their guidance. I had the pleasure of meeting Dean for a brief moment when he stopped by to give us an extra roll of paper towels. He gave us plenty of heads up and was just a sweetie. I communicated with Angie a few times on the app and she was very responsive despite a personal emergency on her end. 10/10 would stay again.

Nice peaceful comfortable stay in the woods ! The log cabin feel is awesome and the place has ample space and beds. The check-in was the swiftest ever for any Airbnb I have done till date. Kudos on that to Jason!

We stayed at Martine’s beautiful home for 4 nights as we explored Yosemite. The park is about a 45 min drive away, but it was so easy to get to the park and then so nice to come home to a quiet and beautiful place. This is a home - it has everything you need for your stay and Martine has been very thoughtful about what she has included for you to use. Martine is very responsive and very helpful. We had several lovely conversations with her. We were sorry we had to leave and would have stayed for a few more weeks if we could!
