Holiday rentals with a patio in Incline Village

I was so satisfied. Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, diamond peak ski resort. It’s was very spacious, kitchen, living room, master bedroom.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming—it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and even more than we could’ve thought to ask for. Every detail was so thoughtfully prepared. Tanya is an amazing host. We look forward to comeback to Tahoe and definitely will try to book this place again. Highly recommend!

Perfect little place, peaceful, great neighbors. A lot of products stored and gifted! Kitchen and bathroom, a lot of attention to details. Great price for the 2 weeks compared to other places which can't even be bothered to offer decent kitchen plates and cooking ware! Nice linens, nice towels, a lot of thoughtfulness into what a guest needs for a 2 weeks stay. I highly recommend booking ANY Airbnb thru TahoeXperience, they have gone above and beyond and the place was IMPECCABLE and fully stocked. Thank you so much!

I had a great long weekend at Ryan's place while skiing at Palisades & Alpine. Self check-in & check-out was very easy with clear instructions. The corner unit is quiet and private but still walkable distance from the Olympic village and the ski lifts. The place was well kept and felt more like staying at a hip friend's apartment than the typical rustic cabin Tahoe feel. I felt right at home. The kitchen and appliances seemed brand new and the large living room area was very comfortable complete with a TV and record player. I also liked having access to a ski locker on the ground level. I would highly recommend this place for a solo or couple Tahoe get away and plan to be back some time soon!

- First of all the check-in instructions were super clear and concise, unfortunately we've arrived at about midnight so it was a little dark (as is expected as it's in the woods almost!) however because the instructions were really clear it made it very easy to locate keys and find the accommodation. - The description and pictures provided also show the property in a very accurate manner, it's very beautiful inside and incredibly homely, definitely felt like our own little home away from home. The kitchen facilities are also fully fitted so we've had no trouble cooking 'at home'. - One point worth noting is that the images don't do the location it self justice, the area is absolutely beautiful, full of natural wonder and some amazing views. The best part is a big chunk of said views is within walking distance. - I couldn't reccomend staying here enough, it doesn't even have to be snow season to enjoy this B&B! If it were an option I'd give it more than 5 stars, worth every penny!

Such a lovely place, I highly recommend! The space was clean and cozy, and just a short distance to good restaurants and other amenities. The host was also very quick to respond and had great recommendations.

Great stay, would highly recommend. The hot tub was lovely and the kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook. The bed on the top floor was romantic and super comfortable as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Peggy's Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, making our ski trip incredibly easy, especially with our group of 7. This was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Traveling as two families, we found the home mostly well-equipped for our needs. The amenities were generally sufficient for a pleasant stay. Regarding value, the price was higher compared to some other properties we've rented in this complex before, which were sometimes more spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. The proximity to Diamond Peak, the cleanliness, and the general comfort made for a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or groups looking for a conveniently located and clean base for their Diamond Peak adventures. Thank you Peggy for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Angelas place.. plenty space for all 4 adults of us to spread.. there is a path adjacent to the road that connects to places to eat that was handy but we were able to cook in the spacious kitchen. Nice full size washer and dryer.. 2 full baths.. Àngela was availbale the whole time we stayed there to answer questions . the place is in a very pretty wooded residencial area and had a parking spot for us inside the community.. close drive to sand Harbor . We felt right at home in Lake Tahoe. Thanks Àngela for sharing your place !

Our family getaway—8 adults, 2 kiddos (2 ½ & 5), and zero dull moments—was nothing short of perfect. The house was cozy yet spacious, with enough bathrooms to keep the peace and a well-stocked kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. Plenty of seating meant plenty of shared laughs, meals, and memories. And as if the stay wasn’t magical enough, Mother Nature threw in a complimentary snowfall on our last day. Talk about five-star service! The hot tub was the undisputed MVP of the trip (especially with the 5 year old)—warm, relaxing, and the perfect place to soak after a day at the slopes while pretending we didn’t have to go home. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat—especially if the free snow bonus is still part of the package :)

We enjoyed staying in Incline Village where we could walk to anything (good location!) Brian's place was spacious, well equipped and clean - we loved the deck and the sound of the creek! Check in was easy and host was fast with communication. Would love to return again to this home, and to Lake Tahoe!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the hosts was smooth and thoughtful from start to finish — they clearly care about making their guests feel welcome. The location was great, and we really appreciated the clear check-out instructions (which were super easy). Overall, highly recommend this place and would definitely love to stay again!

We stayed at Eric’s place while in the area for a wedding. The spot is conviently located near downtown Truckee while still being tucked away in a quiet part of the Donner ski resort. Eric was very accomodating of requested check in/out timing due to our wedding events, which made our stay all the more simplified.

Lovely house with great amenities in a gorgeous walkable community! Kathy is friendly and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond with sharing about local events and tips about hikes and bike rides.

There's no closer ski-in / ski-out condo in the village than the ones in Catamount! What makes this one special, though, is that it's so quiet with the balcony facing the mountains, and the massage chair is a real luxury! Excellent stay overall, will definitely return!

The place was as comfortable as it appeared, with every possible amenity to make the place feel like home. Our dog enjoyed the toys and pet bed, and we appreciated the snacks left for us as well. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent and many cute businesses are walkable. The location is forested and beautiful. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic weekend getaway Theresa’s beach house!! The location is absolutely gorgeous - a short walk to the beach and market. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beach gear as well. Would 100% recommend and looking forward to coming back!

We highly recommend this condo stay! It had comfy beds, was safe, had covered parking, great water pressure, the most beautiful views of the lake, and was in a quiet spot in town.
