My family had a great stay at Mark’s place. We enjoyed the trail just steps from the backyard with our toddler. The home was a great place for a long weekend to unwind in nature. Thoughtfully stocked with amenities and host provided a great list of local recs.

Lizeth was very kind and her instructions were clear! The place was so nice, and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend!!

The house was well put together and all amenities were nice and clean. Ken was very responsive and helpful with any questions or recommendations. Beautiful home and neighborhood with friendly neighbors were encountered on our walks. I would highly recommend this spot for a large group or small depending on what type of visit you are looking for. There are shops and restaurants near by which was nice to be able to enjoy in addition to the house and amenities. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. It was a peaceful neighborhood close to beautiful trails but not far from Truckee and amenities. The house was super well maintained and clean with a desk set-up so I could work and fast internet! We loved the deck and natural light pouring into the home. Thank you for a great stay!

We, a couple with 2 pups, had a relaxing trip to Kings Beach in Tahoe. Donna and Toby’s cabin had everything (and more) you’d need. In fact, until now, I’d never stayed in a rental that was as well stocked as this home. There were zip lock bags, foil, oil, coffee, I could go on but you get the idea. Restaurants within walking distance to home base. We ordered take away meals and enjoyed them in the cabin since the weather was too cold to sit outside with our dogs. In fact, it snowed our first night which was magical and beautiful to wake up to the next morning. Appreciated the fenced yard for the dogs to sniff around. The beach and walking path was a quick few minutes walk away. Sweet little cabin. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay, super accommodating and very relaxing for my service animal and myself. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone needing some peace and quiet, near the beautiful lake, and if you have any special needs when staying at a rental.

The place is clean, well appointed, and a great location close to resort. Hosts go out of their way to make a first class experience with several nice amenities including stocked coffee bar, well equipped kitchen, and a nice welcome package sitting in each bedroom. The place is awesome for the price.

Lovely house with great amenities in a gorgeous walkable community! Kathy is friendly and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond with sharing about local events and tips about hikes and bike rides.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend at this cabin. Cabin was well set up, beds comfortable, many games/ equipment available for use. The hot tub and views from the deck were amazing. Highly recommend!

Kate is a fabulous host who is available to answer all of our questions and provided excellent instructions in terms of check-in and any questions that we had. It is a walk to the ski hill and we were so fortunate that NorthStar remained open for Easter weekend. We had a wonderful Easter holiday at her luxury condo that is equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We enjoyed the restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe along with sitting outside by the fire pits. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the spa which was absolutely amazing !! I would recommend staying at this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation !! Thank you Kate we hope to come back soon !!!

The cabin was in a great neighborhood, surrounded by trees and very quiet. The location was great for accessing hiking trails, and it was also easy to get to restaurants in Truckee. The cabin layout felt spacious, and the little upstairs reading nook was great for relaxing and reading in the early morning.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy condo in Truckee! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the fireplace made it extra cozy after a day in the snow.

Corrina and Chris were the best hosts. They were super responsive in answering questions, and provided detailed insider tips in navigating Northstar's terrain. Their chalet is beautifully appointed, and it's clear they care about their place and the guest experience. While I don't think any sofa bed can match a good regular bed, theirs was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever used. The couch is a newer nicer one than shown in the photos, and the bed springs were supportive. I had no trouble sleeping on the memory foam mattress, even on my side. The location is a short ski or walk to to trails and lifts. We had a great time building memories!

Christina’s condo made our Lake Tahoe trip extra special. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed by all the sweet and thoughtful touches. The small details throughout the space really stood out and made it feel cozy and inviting. We also appreciated the little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable, like the fun board games, popcorn, and helpful bathroom essentials. The beach towels came in so handy for our lake day, and everything was just so well stocked and organized. It was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway. This has been one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. We’re already looking forward to coming back and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family. We had a great time at Shannon’s place! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and dish washer made a clean up a breeze. Was able to do laundry before we came back home. We got to have a horse sleigh 10 min away from house and go on snowmobile rides with the whole family. We had 2 kiddos (5 & 2) with us and had no problem with the staircase inside. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us! Parking was easy for 2 cars too right outside of our door. Thank you so much for the easy instructions with pictures you sent. We loved our stay and will be back here.

We stayed at Billy’s cabin very last minute after deciding to leave the Bay Area for a few days when every neighbor we have decided to start construction. We have two small kids and two dogs and we’re happy to find a home that was both dog friendly as well as clean and modern. They simply ask you keep animals off the furniture which as a human staying there, I can appreciate. The house flowed exceptionally well. We have a 1 and 3 year old and we were able to fit a travel crib in one room and the older in the other. I did notice they had pack and plays in a closet, they also had beach towels and a small collection of items you may have forgotten. The appliances in the kitchen were nicer than the ones in our home. The bathrooms were both spacious and beautiful. The addition of smart tv’s and an Alexa speaker were nice touches. For the dogs there was a small fenced area at the back of the house that was great for bathroom breaks. We would and have already recommended this cabin.

Our stay at Kim’s place was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we booked, Kim was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and always helpful. Communication was seamless, and she made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was exactly as described, with incredible views of the lake that made every moment feel peaceful and restorative. As a family of four with two teenage boys, we found the space perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time together. Whether it was sitting out and soaking in the scenery or exploring the quiet surroundings, it was the ideal escape from our daily routine. Kim clearly puts a lot of care into maintaining her property, and it shows in all the thoughtful details. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience. We’d highly recommend Kim’s place to anyone looking for a scenic and stress-free getaway.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. Water bedside upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes. A few basic spices, salt, pepper, etc. The cocktail bar had a variety of glassware, shakers, etc. Nice laundry. All around very comfortable. Diamond peak lodge is 2 minutes away. Great location. Andrea is a great host. She responded to all my questions and concerns within a few minutes. I would highly recommend.

Tess was an amazing host. Very responsive and also proactive on reaching out during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Check in was an extremely easy process and inside we found a very helpful guidebook on how to work all of the household amenities. The house was very spacious and clean. The backyard was beautiful: overlooking the golf course, with a jacuzzi and grill. They also had a large assortment of fun board games in the living area! Check out was easy with clear instructions. Our stay was wonderful and I definitely recommend this AirBnB if you are looking to stay in the Incline Village area.

Catherine’s place was a Gem. You can’t beat the location. Quick walk to restaurants, coffee shops and the beach! The home was cozy and had all the amenities we needed. Catherine was very gracious and let us book last minute and had the place ready asap! We were so happy to have stayed at their place. Thanks again!
