Private suite holiday rentals in Indian Arm

We stayed four nights at Jay & Shey's place, it was perfect for our needs! Though we didn't get to meet them as we were out exploring from early morning until evening, Jay was very friendly, helpful and responsive to our messages. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, snacks & drinks! The place is clean, organized and the kitchen is well-equiped. The bus stop is a short walk away and goes straight downtown Vancouver. There's another bus that goes straight to Grouse Mountain which is convenient. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was very clean, neat, and exactly as described. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and smooth. Amir was a wonderful host — very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Home was as described, tucked in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of dog walkers, cyclist, etc. I gave 5 stars because the place was super clean, cozy and a good price. Things that could be an issue, not for us, but maybe others; little footsteps overhead- not disturbing but noticeable, tv took a little to figure out-ended up using my google account, being from south Louisiana not used to staying in places with no AC but fans were provided and AC wasn’t missed. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the unit & the location. The unit clean, well equipped and perfect for my small family, and the location was quiet, but only 5 mins driving distance to the happening part of the area. Our host was responsive and helped out with any issues during our stay. Will consider staying here again if we are visiting Vancouver.

We stayed here for two nights. We weren't sure what to expect in a basement location. However it was very clean and we felt safe in the home and the neighborhood. We saw a good amount of people walking and jogging by. We all loved our bedrooms and the bathrooms were very clean. As pictured there is only 1 couch in the space that fits 2-3 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Johnny's place for a few nights. It was in a convenient location where we could walk to many restaurants and shops in Chinatown. If you need to travel elsewhere around the city, there are many bus routes that are either right on the street or a short walk away. Johnny went out of his way to accommodate my fragrance allergy when preparing the towels and linens which was very much appreciated. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

We needed somewhere to stay while doing home renovations. Katherine’s place was perfect. Fresh, clean and new, nicely decorated with modern yet comfortable furnishings, great location close to park/trails, and very responsive to messages. We had no issues and a great stay - definitely recommend to anyone considering beautiful North Vancouver.

We had a great one night at Touraj's. We had a wonderful dinner at The Beach House and then we had to return home. We love to return and explore the area more!

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The place was spacious, quiet, spotless, the views were incredible and communication with Behrang was great.

Sonia was a great host and her place was very clean and beautiful. She was helpful and check up on use to make sure we had a good stay.

A very nice, comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed and was exactly as per the listing. Felt really cosy - and we loved the outdoor space with firepit in the evening. Close to the village centre (easier with a car than walking!) and the lovely shops and restaurants. Bowen Island has such a relaxed vibe, and it was great to discover the trails and beaches.

Perfect place in North Van and very accessible to public transportation. Grocery and restaurants all walkable. We toured areas in North Van and then Stanley park and downtown easily. Home is clean, instructions were clear, great option for a pre-cruise stay.

From booking this suite to communicating with Phillip day's prior to check-in with his clear details and directions to the suite itself it was just a lovely stay and sad we could only stay one night. Thank you.

There are so many things to rave about. This place exceeded expectations. There is simply not enough room to list every reason we loved our stay. Above everything, Michelle is a very kind, reasonable, and attentive host. My friend and I were not even here for 12 hours. Due to delayed flights and late connections we checked in very late. Michelle was gracious, left lights on for us outside so we could find our way, and had a nice comfortable and cozy abode waiting. Just the place we needed for a short stay in Vancouver. We felt very safe and cozy. It was just perfect in every way possible!

Cora was a very responsive and friendly host. The place she provided looked exactly like the photos and was extremely clean. My parents and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Marc's place was amazing and very clean! Had all the amenities you need, and everything there was very thoughtful. The layout was great and used well for the small space they had. We had a car with us so it was easier to get around not sure how it would be without one since it is not too close to restaurants and such. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. James &Helga have kept place clean and private with spectacular views just like photos. They even offered us early check in without asking. The jam tastes amazing , if you are there do not miss to try it out. Our overall experience was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn's. The location is fantastic and yet very quiet. The communication was always very good and we had the pleasure of meeting Dawn in person. We were even allowed to store our luggage with her privately, as we only had to go to the airport in the evening. I would always book the place again!

We had an amazing time at Florian's place. We had everything we needed and more (got a freebie that was really much appreciated). We definitely recommend the place and will be coming back.

This suite is in a great location for all north vancover activities. It's near the beach, several good restaurants and only minutes from Grouse mountain. It is well appointed and comfortable. Anita is responsive and gives very detailed instructions. I recommend this suite highly.

Ben and Toby have an amazing space. It’s super stylish and spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom and luxurious shower. We especially liked experimenting with the pour-over coffee equipment they provided. The neighborhood is quiet but walking distance to lots of restaurants. We really didn’t want to leave!

We had an amazing stay! The place was super clean, well furnished and very nicely decorated. Neighborhood is very silent at night, we slept very good (the bed could be inclined at the head and feet, very cool). Just bring a sleeping mask if you need a dark environment to sleep. The location was very convenient from and to the airport + to the city thanks to the Canada line ~15 minutes by foot. Communication with Jason was smooth and friendly, the flat was ready earlier and we could check out a bit later. We recommend and would totally come back again should we get the chance!
