It is yards from our sister restaurant, The Blue Biscuit, known for its great food, fun atmosphere, funky decor and Live Music.

The lawn is sprayed monthly for mosquitos & the property is Covid cleaned before and after each stay.

Welcome to the Farm! A rustic apartment located on the Sunflower River. The apartment over looks our cow pastures. Other animals you might see are horses, chickens and goats. The newly redone deck with be a great spot to watch the sun set in the evenings. We are just a few miles south of the B.B. King museum and a short drives to many other blues trail spots. We also welcome Hunters looking for those Delta Ducks.

The Bunkhouse 2 bed,1 bath,full kitchen, washer, and dryer sits deep in the MS delta crop land and out in the country away from the busy towns. With a nice front porch, BBQ grill, and fire pit you can slow down and relax. This house has WiFi but no TV. A great place to stay when coming through or if you're working in the area.
