This house is beautiful and perfect for families! The while house is remodeled and squeaky clean. Also amazing for families, they even have toys! The pool was so fun with the waterfall feature and the lights for nighttime. Thank you for providing your home for my family!

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Weekend at carrie’s house ! The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. What made our experience even better was the host. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, and she even gave us extra time for check-out, which we really appreciated. It was wonderful to find this place. Me and my friends had such a great time. We were able to cook the way we wanted to and serving trays that were functional and cute were available. I appreciated the communication especially. Harry was great with communication and answered questions quick. Appreciate this location and would recommend it to others.

My family and I had a great time at this house! Everything was exactly like the pictures showed. The pool was the perfect touch for my young kids to play in all day! Plenty of rooms. And tons of fun activities to keep everyone entertained. We didn’t really leave the property, but it’s very close to down town Palm Springs and has many surrounding restaurants and grocery stores. I’d def stay again!

Had a great mini vacation at Erick’s place!!! My husband loved the golf in the backyard and being able to jump in the pool right after playing. The home was clean and felt welcoming as soon as we walked in. We would love to stay here again given the opportunity. Thank you Erick!

Quiet and perfect for a small family.

This was our 4th visit to Legacy Villas and we were once again, not disappointed. Our listing was exactly as we expected and we were very happy about the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. We love staying here and the service of CA Vacation Villas. We're definitely coming back!

Mary Jane was a great host and was very responsive throughout the whole process. She even offered us one of her nicer units at the same price when our group and another group booked at the same time, but we liked the location of this one much better. It was right next to a shuttle stop for Stagecoach which was very convenient. The place was very clean, updated and was bigger than we expected. Mary even accommodated us checking in a few hours early since we got into town earlier than the normal check in time. Would definitely recommend!

The place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Perfect quiet spot with a great view of the windmills.

We had a wonderful stay. Extremely quiet, clean, and feels private despite being attached to other units. Hosts were very responsive and detailed with instructions. There were so many amenities and extras that it truly felt like home. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Palm Springs! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the care and intention that went into the space. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly modern, and so well-kept. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this one really stood out. You can tell the hosts truly care, every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the decor to the layout, and everything just felt fresh, airy, and welcoming. It was the kind of place where you walk in and immediately say, “Wow, this is even better than the photos!” The vibe was equal parts relaxing and stylish...the perfect mix for a Palm Springs getaway. We found ourselves wanting to spend more time at the house than we originally planned, just because it was that lovely. Whether we were lounging around, cooking meals, or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will DEF be back.

Lovely property; good size for a couple with many amenities & private balcony. Quiet area with many exercise opportunities. Proximal to Old Town LaQuinta with good restaurants & ten minutes from Indian Wells Tennis Complex!

They were so pleasant to have hosts! Very kind and prompt when communicating. And they were very understanding when it came to me needing an extra 30 minutes to checkout. The place was extremely spacious and so cute! We LOVED the kitchen and bedroom, especially. Such a nice neighborhood with plenty to do around it. Definitely booking again!

What a perfect place for a warm getaway! We loved everything about this condo. Had all the amenities needed. Comfortable, clean, light and great views from the patio. The resort was stunning. Parking and pool super close. Wonderful grounds for walking around. Too many pools to use! Comfortable beds. Kitchen has the cookware we needed. Super friendly host. Very secure, quiet environment (in June!) and home is well insulated so noise between rooms doesn’t travel. Plan to go back many times!

This is our second stay at Steve’s, and it’s always a pleasure. The welcoming atmosphere makes us feel right at home. Steve’s hospitality shines through with clear entry instructions and prompt responsiveness whenever we reach out. The hot tub, conveniently located right outside the door, adds to the charm. We always check the availability of his place before considering any other options.

SUCH a beautiful space! The Airbnb was absolutely lovely, big spacious place, with great kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms! My daughter and I had an amazing girls trip. The pool was right in front of our stay but everything still felt very private. The resort was absolutely beautiful! so well maintained, walkable, beautiful Spanish style archways, citrus trees, and fountains. It's really close by downtown and grocery stores. I absolutely recommend this place!

This is a great place to stay as it is in Old Town La Quinta. Walkable to all the restaurants in Old Town. Jennifer is a super host and keeps in touch throughout your stay. Her home is equipped with everything you might need for a great visit.
