The accommodation was simply great – stylishly furnished, with great attention to detail, and everything you could wish for was available. The place itself is a dream for nature lovers: absolute peace, beautiful landscapes and great hiking trails right nearby. Whether in pouring rain or sunshine – with the right clothing, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. Afterwards, you can warm up wonderfully by the crackling fire. A special highlight for us was the hot pod - a cozy, heated bathtub with a fantastic view of nature. Pure relaxation! Especially in the evening under the open sky, this is an unforgettable experience. Oslo is also easily accessible by car, and the drive there is a real highlight in terms of scenery. Ole was an excellent host – uncomplicated, very helpful and responds quickly. We even had the opportunity to meet him spontaneously. He then gave us some great tips. Thank you Ole!

From the start, we were very well received. Tomasz was ready to greet us when we arrived, so we were in really safe hands. He just reviewed the amenities with us and everything was really nice! We had an absolutely perfect stay at Tomasz's place and our trip couldn't have been better! We will definitely be back!

Very nice cabin, perfect for a larger group. It would be advantageous to have an additional bathroom, but with a little planning, 15 people and 1 bathroom worked fine.

The cabin is very cozy and it is exactly what you see in the pictures. In addition, there were some outdoor chairs and a nice outdoor toilet. We slept very well there and heard owls in the evening. We could park nearby and only had to walk up a hill. The cabin is in a peaceful location, even if it is close to other buildings. Short drive to nice hiking trails in Østmarka. We heard owls in the evening! The host was very nice and everything was easy with instructions, check-in and check-out. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I have been to Norway for the first time and very happy with this accommodation. Wonderfully quiet and beautiful surroundings. Anikken was easily accessible and was quick to respond. Especially very helpful and thoughtful, we got a lot of tips from her. We have felt very much at home here partly because of the hospitality. The cottage was also clean, cozy and equipped with everything you needed :)

linda is an incredibly kind host. she has been very responsive and her kindness shows and radiates in how well she takes care of her cabin. the cabin was absolutely wonderful. from the beautiful surroundings to how well it is furnished and designed. the area is very quiet but still accessible from oslo. if you want an escape in peace and in nature, i 100% recommend it! on our side, we will for sure be coming back.

We had a great stay at Hildes place. The cabin was the perfect getaway location: quiet, beautiful and very close to the train station to Oslo. When it was sunny, we enjoyed the seating outside. The cabin had everything we needed. Hilde was very proactive in her communication. Jakob even brought us some extra firewood for the fireplace.

The Airbnb was exactly as advertised, the rowing to the island took a bit to get used to but once you got the hang of it you could really take in the beautiful nature arround you. The house was great for getting away from your normal problems and thoughts. Overall a great experience and an recommendation for everyone with a bit of an adventurer in them.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely cabin in the woods, highlight of our trip! It is an amazing feeling sitting inside with the wood stove on, warm and cozy!

André's little house on the lake was very nice. The equipment is good, the Modern and cozy furnishings and the view of the lake is beautiful. The dreamlike landscape invites you to hike, and we took the opportunity to take the bus from Ytre Enebakk to Oslo. A great city where there is a lot to see. We have enjoyed the days, both in the house and in the surroundings, even if the weather was not suitable for swimming in the lake.

Here we really found peace. With a short distance to lovely swimming area and nice hikes in the forest, this was perfect for us. Also, there was a lovely garden with room for ball games and with several zones and almost completely without access. The area is also quiet and invites for bike rides. For example, we sailed to Askim one day and Skansehytta another day. We would gladly came back!

Amazing location for a quiet honeymoon :) Beautiful scenery, quiet location perfect for a holiday away from all the busyness of city life. Endless walks and ability to take out the boat or the paddle board and hang out by the fire watching the scenery in the evenings. Inger and Erik always responded to every question we had very quickly and they also gave us recommendations for local things to do. Although in a quiet area, Oslo is just 50 minutes away by train and you can also organise a variety of days out in the surrounding towns like Halden. The cabin is clean and has everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be coming back in the future :)

Lovely cabin with everything you could want. Perfect for us, as we had 2 children with us! Here, both young and old thrived so much that we will probably book this place for a longer period another time! One big plus for us was that there were swimming opportunities right outside the porch door.

We had a great time at this lovely hytte! The hot tub is a real treat and makes a big difference having an element of luxury in a countryside setting. Wonderful hosts and very responsive! The ideal getaway, and so close to Oslo. We'll be back!

Beautiful new cabin in quiet area

We had a great family time in the cabin: playing volleyball, games, swimming, jogging, walking the the forest, bbq & jacuzzi, peaceful moments reading books, evening movie sessions on the projector. Wow! The place is amazing in the middle of nature. The cabine is great for a big (or small) family: clean, light everywhere, beautiful view from the inside. Michael is a super host, always active and helpful. We recommend 100%!
