Holiday rentals with a kayak in Inlet Beach, Walton County

Our stay was great! The house was incredibly clean and we loved having access to bikes during our stay. I will say the beach chairs (there are 4) are pretty dinky/rusty so if you’re driving I’d recommend bringing your own. We also brought extra dishwasher pods as 2 wasn’t enough for our 4 night stay. The pool was nice to have but if you’re wanting privacy this is not the spot for you. We had one neighbor blasting music on one side (luckily it was music we liked!) and we could see/hear our other neighbors in their pool next door. They do provide plenty of pool floats which is nice.

We had a great stay! Location is amazing and bikes were a nice touch! Our only issue was for the price we paid it would be nice to include more essentials - toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We ran out of toilet paper during a 5 night stay and it felt weird to have to go buy toilet paper after spending several thousand dollars for a house. The beds and towels could also be upgraded given the cost to rent but that is probably nit-picky. All in all the house was very clean, great location, etc. Would book again!

The house was perfect and the location was ideal within a short walk to both the beach and one of the community pools. Our family has been to Carillon multiple times and this was our favorite home.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with a stunning view of the lake. We spent hours enjoying the excellent fishing right from the property. The golf cart was a game-changer and made getting around the area super easy and fun. We truly loved the entire property. We made full use of the pools, the gym, and even grabbed bites and coffee from both the bayside and beachside cafés. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our host, Shelena, was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. This is by far our favorite vacation spot, and we will definitely be back next year!

We had a great time. The house was super nice and had all of the amenities you could ever possibly need. My only small hiccup is there was a dirty towel and an old scrambled egg under the table. It honestly wasn’t a huge deal to us, it’s a big house I feel like it’s easy for stuff to get missed. On the upside, I don’t think you can beat the service provided by 30a vacation rentals. They really went above and beyond and were very informative and on top of things which I loved. Also, I have to say we loved the outdoor sitting spaces at the house, they were so nice at sunrise and sunset. I would definitely book with 30a rentals again.

What can I say? My family & I have been doing an annual beach trip since 2019, and this just might be the absolute BEST experience we’ve ever had! 16 of us stayed comfortably and absolutely loved everything about Mitch’s place. Two kitchens, two living rooms, 5 comfortable bedrooms, 4 nicely appointed bathrooms, screened in pool & hot tub, and a very responsive & accommodating host! Beach—and essentially anything we needed—was only 10-12 minutes away; as far as we’re concerned, our annual beach trip just might have a permanent home!

We absolutely loved our stay! Donna was very responsive but we really didn’t need anything! Everything was very easy! The home has everything you need to enjoy the beaches in Panama City as well as the water right outside the door! It was clean, quiet and cozy! The sunset from the deck is second to none! Be sure to enjoy the dock for sting rays and crabs! Will definitely be staying again! The binder with all the local tips and activity suggestions was very handy! This is the perfect place for a couples getaway!

We decided to book a place close to Panama City Beach to vacation. The stay was at a great location by a fresh water lake and about 30 minutes from PCB. We were allowed an early check-in which was awesome to be able to spend the day longer. The laundry room is communion shared and there is room to park a 25 foot boat or greater I'll say. The only drawback is if you plan on cooking large home meals, the kitchenette is limited. Overall this was a good value and I feel will succeed for future occupants.

Can’t wait to go back to Kathryn and Ron’s property. Was such an amazing weekend, they are an amazing persons and very gentle with us. The food was delicious and made by Kathryn, I loved the boat ride with Ron; husband and I were amazed by the Choctawhatchee river. For sure we will be back!

This beautiful home exceeded all expectations! The view of the sea is absolutely stunning — you can enjoy it from the living room, kitchen, and even while relaxing outside. Every detail of the house is thoughtfully designed, and it comes with all the amenities you could need. From the cozy, well-furnished rooms to the fully equipped kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a comfortable space for family or friends, this place is perfect. I can’t wait to come back!

Loved the place! It was peaceful and quiet literally across the street from the beautiful Bay. Was very homey, able to cook, wash clothes, had smart tv, and internet and all the appliances you would have at home. Marianne is very responsive and was always available. Even saw the neighbors gorgeous peacock 🦚 Cool little spot!

Probably one the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in in Florida! Visited our daughter and son in law and our 3 month old grandson that live nearby. We came from Clearwater. Spotless, clean and inviting! Loved the porch and spent a lot of time in the rockers and swing in morning and evening enjoying the birds on the feeder and wind chime 🎶🎶. Nice big bedrooms and master bath. Very close to restaurants (Uncle Ernie’s is always great) Copper Tap Grill is good. PCB is about 15 minutes away or less. Schooner restaurant there is on beach and really good. Great location and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us, Barbara! Was nice talking with you too.

The Lake House was awesome! We had 5 people in our group and the three rooms were perfect for everyone to have their privacy plus space to gather together. Everything was very clean and stocked with Airbnb basics. We enjoyed the back porch, the view of the lake, and watching the wildlife. The pier, kayaks, and canoe are a plus! (Just be aware there are small alligators in the water.) It is definitely a peaceful retreat space that’s close enough to Panama City to enjoy restaurants, etc without having to stay in the chaos. It was a great find!
