Great stay! This is our second time staying in this building. The view was great. Everything was exactly as listed. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Great perks staying at sandestin resort. The wagon with chairs, umbrellas was very nice and handy to have provided with the stay. It made it so easy to take things down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! There was also kids sand toys available so if you have kids they have toys provided for the beach with the chairs and umbrella.

My wife and I loved staying here for our beach vacation. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. Marcie was very easy to communicate with and we loved our stay. Was also very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

I fully recommend Louis's place - close to great beaches, restaurants and other activities. Louis is really responsive to inquiries. The apartment is very comfortable and was great for a couple/ 2 people. I will try to get this place when I return again to Panama City/ Destin. Thanks Louis!

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

Amazing stay I will be back! Amazing place for the price. Has everything you need. Perfect for 1-2 people. The location is great, short walk to the beach and close to everything. The place was extremely clean. I loved the neighborhood, full of cute colorful beach houses.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, nice, safe, and very quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our little boy especially loved the fish pond, which was a highlight for him. Ricky’s wife, Julia, was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She showed us such warm hospitality and was so patient and kind with our son—he absolutely adored her! We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again whenever we visit Panama City. Highly recommend!

stayed at one of Lee’s Seagrove properties recently and couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more thoughtful hosting experience. The bungalow was clean, well-appointed, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. Communication was clear and timely, and Lee made the whole process easy, from check-in to checkout. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Grateful for the hospitality!

Beautiful home! Just like the photos! Check in was very easy and location is spectacular. Your minutes away from the beach on the gulf cart which is a great amenity! This is a true gem! Tucked away from the busy Rosemary and Ally’s beach but just a quick drive to the beautiful areas of 30A! John, Lauren, Mark and Julie were always there the entire stay and helped us with any little hiccups we had! Place was very very clean besides some minor things. There was construction right behind the house. Which was a little busier this week but wasn’t that bad. our stay was spectacular! All beds were really comfortable! We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home!

Wonderful home with every amenity we could need. Our three-year-old loving taking golf cart rides, and it was easy getting to the beach and to 30A. Home was very spacious as we never felt crammed or on top of each other. Will definitely come back and highly recommend Ali and team!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly communicative, and accommodating before and throughout our stay. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and town, and nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and there was everything we needed and more for our mother/daughter girls adult trip! Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything needed, including a Kuerig which was not in photos but was a big plus. Also had a few more beach chairs than pictured which was also a nice bonus. Kitchen was very spacious and fully equipped! Local restaurants were also great and loved the privacy of area and beach access! Would definitely return! Only down side was that majority of bedrooms are on 3rd floor and kitchen/living area is on second floor… being able to use the elevator would have been a plus.. especially on check in/out day but all in all great stay and lovely property and if you’re in good health then not a problem but if have knee problems then this might not be a good fit.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a beautiful home in a wonderful private area! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room! Having their own space to have fun and keep them entertained while adults relaxed downstairs was the best! Having 4 bathrooms makes it so much easier for everyone during your stay when you have multiple families vacationing together! The fully equipped kitchen made for easy cooking! And having access to all beach things- chairs, cooler, toys ect. made for a great beach day! The driveway easily fit our 3 SUVs! The only downfall was the couch on the main floor living room, if it was just a little bigger it would have fit all 6 of us adults comfortably. But honestly that is all-this place is definitely a gem! We were lucky to have found it! This was our first time in Florida and we were really happy with our stay! The beach was gorgeous, clear water and white sand! Inlet beach seemed to be a more quiet area-not as much hustle and bustle and that was perfect for us!

Igor’s place was perfect. Definitely a 5 minute walk to the beach and sparkling clean. He checked in us regularly and made the process easy.

Highly recommend this home if you are planning a trip to 30A or Panama City. The home is quiet, clean and roomy. Dodie was quick to respond d when we had questions and accommodating with our check in.

I couldn't have stayed at a better Airbnb than this!! Location was perfect, walkable to almost anything food, grocer and retail. The space was extremely clean as well. My boys loved the bunk beds. The views is absolutely breathtaking. I didn't want to leave

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. A perfect little getaway that felt like a little home away from home. Peaceful, beautiful ocean views, convenient, and easy to access. The photos accurately depicted the condo and all amenities were there as listed. Tim and Beth were very responsive in communications and answered all my questions. This place was amazing!! Fred and Rene always respond within minutes. The view was amazing. I took my wife here for her birthday and she loved every minute of this place. Sunset was amazing and the view was everything. 10/10 I would recommend this place and would come back again.

We loved this place! It was perfect for my bachelorette trip and all of the girls loved it as well! It was decorated so cute and very clean! We loved that we could easily walk or bike to Rosemary and Alys beach as well! The host, Ryan was super sweet and quick to respond! She made the whole process so easy! We had the best time here!

We absolutely loved the location. We didn’t have a great view of the ocean but we could see enough through the buildings in front. We had a small issue with the internet but the hosts were on it quick and replaced the modem. Perfect location. Two wonderful restaurants next door. Two great coffee shops with one being directly below. The beach is right across the street and easy to find a spot. Absolutely loved it.

We are so happy we found this place last minute. It was so cute and just what we needed. It was clean, decorated cute and simple, and the balcony view was perfect. Communication was excellent!
