Holiday rentals with lake access in Inlet Beach, Walton County

Wonderful place to stay, close to the beach and other amenities but quiet street away from the crowds. The pool is definitely a huge perk. The refrigerator unfortunately went out during our stay but Presley was extremely responsive and quick to get it fixed. The floors were a little dirty for a crawling baby but other than that, we loved our stay and definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location—just a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. When we couldn’t find the beach towels, they quickly delivered new ones without hesitation, which we really appreciated. The only suggestion I’d make is to consider providing a few more basic household items like bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels—just the essentials that go a long way during a week-long stay. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

Great stay, we will definitely be back! The house included every little thing we may have needed with much thought and care put into our stay. The host was super friendly and responsive.

We stayed at the Aqua Live Under the Sea home and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect just a short walk to a quiet, private beach with soft white sand and stunning views. The home was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and walk-in showers to keep things convenient. Everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. This was a great spot for a peaceful family vacation.

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

We have stayed at a handful of Airbnbs along 30A from Rosemary Beach to Seaside, but this is by far our favorite. Located just a short hop from 30A, this property is a cozy, quiet retreat that’s on Eastern Lake. The property was easy to access. Very clean and well maintained. It has a modern, fresh appearance on the inside, while still feeling very welcoming. We had no issues in our stay. The beds were comfortable, the showers and bathrooms were perfect, the kitchen had enough space for us to cook some small meals for our toddler. The host left us a gift in the fridge which was a nice touch. There is a spacious outside screened in deck, a dock on the lake, a couple of paddle boards, and a golf cart. Only short trip to beach access and some local restaurants. Our host was very friendly and timely with responses, giving clear instructions, help when needed, as well as local recommendations. We will be happy to return to this property again. Highly recommend!

Great house, and great host! Very responsive, very easy to work with. House is in a great location, but we had stayed in this neighborhood before so we knew what to expect. Don’t ever leave your car or golf cart unattended at the beach access, you will get ticketed. Have someone sit in the car or cart while you load or unload, they won’t mess with you then.

I can’t say enough good things about the house, location and BJ and Michelle. An amazing home, exactly as advertised! Spotlessly clean, very cozy, safe neighborhood and in a perfect location to food, beach and everything 30a. We will definitely be coming back! It was fabulous!

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The place was very beautiful looked better in person than the pictures… lots of pots, pans, and plates for those cooking.. LOTs of beach toys, house was very comfortable, comfy bed and couches

This was our first time staying at this location, and we would absolutely book this unit again. Everything was clean and the location to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. We loved having the bikes to ride to the beach, and to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

Overall, this condo was a 10/10! Beautiful and peaceful location, steps away from the beach and Roysan’s condo had more than enough space and amenities. My only complaint would be around the dirty dishes and items in the kitchen, but overall, I would love to visit again and I am thankful for such a responsive and attentive host!

This place was great! Very cozy and I have to say the best parts were the shower and AC Units 😂 I know it sounds crazy but it felt so nice after a long day in the sun to come in to a nice cool house! Appliances were very nice and up to date

This apartment was perfect for a quiet beach week. The location was fabulous with a 1 minute walk to a mostly empty beach. The house was very well appointed with towels, beach chairs, sand toy, umbrellas and boogie boards. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need for your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, the shower was probably my absolute favorite, the bed was comfy, the walk to the beach wasn’t too far away and it was still pretty close to shops and everything.

Great vacation spot. Loved view of lake and close to beach. Amazing. Helpful and accessible hosts. They have created a wonderful home away from home! Definitely would stay again!

Host was very responsive and friendly. The place had everything imaginable to be able to cook for our family. Patio space was great to have another family staying in PCB over to grill out and sit outside to eat and enjoy the weather and company. We really enjoyed our stay! Easy walking to the private beach access. Chairs and beach cart available were super helpful! Kids loved walking to mini golf, carts, and Alvin’s too!

Second time staying here. I selfishly don’t want to leave a review bc it’s truly a hidden gem. Sandy and Larry are fantastic hosts. Amazingly stocked Airbnb, all the soaps shampoos etc that you need, always a stocked kitchen, lots of beach towels, plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, etc. Everything that you would need for a little beach vacation. It’s a mini kitchenette in the unit but plenty to do some basic cooking. The location is perfect to walk to the beach. Hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do every time.

Great stay. Master bedroom bed was comfy and the bedding was soft. Slept like a baby. Lots of floor mats all around which is a beach necessity to keep sand out and comfy in. Rain shower head was a treat and the water pressure was great. Shower curtain was a little pink around the bottom indicating a need to be washed or bleached. Not a big deal and my eyes were closed enjoying the rain head shower anyway. Guest bed wasn’t quite as comfy as the master, but my daughter didn’t have any trouble sleeping in each day. Black out window coverings would be a nice addition as it gets bright early at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked, but the only we used during our stay was the fridge and mw. Checkout duties were normal start the dw and washing machine before you leave. Nothing ridiculous. Wife mentioned that the kitchen cabinets and stove front could use a deep clean. We did have guests in the attached apt. During our stay in the main unit. I could hear them pretty clearly through the walls.

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

This is our second time returning to this cottage and we just love it! Everything about this Airbnb is amazing. The host was very responsive when we had internet issues that were caused from a storm. Had the issue fixed within a couple hours. The house is super charming and in a great location. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Our dogs love the fenced in yard. We will be returning next year I’m sure of it!!!

We loved our stay here! The community is awesome, and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and it’s clear a lot of thought went into the setup—nothing was overlooked. The beds were super comfortable, beach towels were provided, and everything felt easy and welcoming. We have three young kids, and they were so comfortable and happy here. We’ll definitely be back!

This has been the BEST airbnb I've stayed at so far. Will definitely be getting this place again on my next visit to Panama city.

Had the best time here! Beautiful marsh area and so fun to explore with canoe and kayak. Such a peaceful and relaxing space.
