Holiday rentals with beach access in Inner West Council

We stayed at Mercedes’ place for a week and had a fabulous time. Spacious and airy, perfectly clean with all mod cons. In particular, I loved the barbecuing station in the verdant garden. It’s in a great location - quiet but five minutes from the beach and bars, cafés, shops etc. Mercedes was super friendly and quick to respond to any queries etc. She left the flat full with everything you’d need on arrival - fruit, snacks, towels etc. - and all you’d need for a longer stay - washing powder, fairy liquid, olive oil, spices etc. In short, we had a great stay!

We have stayed here before and absolutely love that it is the last place in Coogee to lose the sun. The beach is right underneath and the three salt water pools at that end of the beach are within 3 minutes walk!! Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Thanks for the excellent communication Virginia. We will be back.

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

Yolande's accommodation was quiet, private, clean and I felt very relaxed with her beautiful decorations, artworks and furnishings. The bed linen was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Yolande supplied delicious fresh sourdough, butter, milk and some other pantry supplies as well. Yolande's is very central to everything. I found it quite easy to park in the street whilst I was there. I will definitely be staying there again!

We had a wonderful few days celebrating a special family occasion in Sydney and were delighted we stayed at Helen’s. She was attentive, responsive and friendly. The home is superb. All the facilities you could need. Very well set up for multiple generations staying together- plenty of space and luxurious comfort everywhere. Well priced compared to 3 or 4 hotel rooms- and so much more comfortable. Could not recommend this more highly. We’ll be back!

Lovely home close to Bondi Junction, perfect location for shopping and lots of eating out options nearby. Nice and clean with all of the amenities, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our daughter loved the bedroom in the loft too. Amelia was a great host, and provided us with plenty of local information.

We had a great few days at Alicia’s place . It was the perfect house for three couples . We had everything we needed . Would definitely recommend !

We had a great stay. The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It is very quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside looking up at the plants in the terraced garden. We would certainly hope to return. Thank you, Angela.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The way it has been decorated and styled really adds to the calming feel of the house. We loved the location and the ability to walk around and the view is just breathtaking. Andy was incredibly helpful with recommending restaurants when we arrived. We really did enjoy our stay and it was the perfect property to stay at for a relaxing getaway to rest and recharge.

We had a fantastic stay at Little Bay! It was wonderfully quiet and private, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of work. Coming back to such a comfortable space allowed us to enjoy restful and rejuvenating sleep. As a Sydney local, I would definitely love to return here again for some well-deserved relaxation!

Good location, on a main road but you can barely hear traffic so it’s perfect. A perfect spot if you don’t want to stay in the city but still walkable to cafes etc. Nina went above and beyond knowing I was going to celebrate my birthday also. Would highly recommend.

Claire was very responsive to any questions we had. The APT. was clean and the showers great with a strong hot water flow. Supermarkets, .restaurants and rail station all in walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay. Barry Tweed Heads.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Coogee. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. The furniture and mattress were very comfortable, and all the amenities were clean and easy to use. Penny was a fantastic host—very helpful and lovely to meet in person. I’d definitely recommend this place to couples or families with children looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. Will be recommending this place to any visitors in the future as it ticked all the boxes, and more. Thank you Dianne!

Suzanne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Her instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Everything was provided from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. The place is spacious (for 3 of us) and clean. A convenient location, as it was only a short 10min walk to the train station and 5 minute drive to the closest supermarket and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying at Suzanne's place again if opportunity arises.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Great location at a reasonable price. Very clean and host is flexible. Able to store luggages and also able to check in early / check out late.
