Great apartment with a beautiful view and perfectly located for excursions! :-)

Alexandra's accommodation with her family is great. We visited the Zillertal region by car and had our two e-mountain bikes with us. The accommodation is superbly located and offers guests everything they need, the hosts are attentive and very friendly. All inquiries were answered in a short time. There is a lockable storage room for the e-bikes, incl. Charging option, which is very practical. The Zillertal is a paradise for cyclists, the bike paths are super developed, and you hardly ever have to use the highways. Great bike tours are offered on the web, depending on the level of difficulty and duration. What can I say, top location, the mountain is calling. We will definitely come here again, we liked it very much. For me, as a host on AIRBNB, it's also nice to see how it works as a guest when you book. The quiet apartment, yet not far from the center of Alpbach, is perfectly equipped and very comfortably furnished and serves not only for hikes, but also for ski days in the neighboring ski resorts as a great starting point. The private sauna is an additional highlight. Petra is an excellent host who is happy to share numerous valuable tips for things to do nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Neschtl! A nice bed, nice bathrooms and beautiful views of the mountains. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended to stay here!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment invites you to feel good. Everything necessary is available. Victoria was always easy to reach and there were no complications. There was plenty of parking and the view of the mountains was super nice.

This place is really a hidden gem close to Mayrhofen, HinterTux and so many beautiful places in the Zillertal valley. It was really relaxing, beautiful and calm. We wish to come here once again.

I love it so much, halfway up the hill, the scenery is unbeatable, the house is home when the owner was a child, renovated, the house owner built his own next door, he and his wife and children live next door, the environment is really good, the environment is really good, the house is all automatic induction, floor heating, everything is so nice

We went on vacation as a family. The apartment was beautifully located and had a great view of the mountains. We immediately felt at home. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The Klausner family was extremely friendly and warm. Right from the start, we were allowed to visit the new barn – with the small calves and the horses, which was a real highlight especially for the children. We went hiking a lot, and there are numerous opportunities for things to do nearby. In just 20 minutes you can reach the beautiful Achensee – highly recommended! It was a completely successful vacation, and we'd love to come back.😊

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

Christoph’s place was extremely clean and comfortable for two adults and a child. The views of the mountains were beautiful. Easy to walk to bus and hiking. We drive into Innsbruck easily. Supermarket about 5-7 min by car.Christoph was very friendly and gave us nice tips on things to do in the city. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very stylishly furnished and everything your heart desires is available. The location is excellent, you receive detailed instructions on how to get there before arrival and can easily find the assigned underground parking space. The apartment is exceptionally clean, we were proactively asked for fresh towels after 3 days. Highly recommend we would book the place again anytime.

House and location as described. If you like it away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. If the navigation system does not direct you via Thierbach, note that it is a single-lane gravel road on which oncoming traffic can also occur, so you will have to drive in reverse. The family was really nice. We felt very comfortable and booked again immediately.

The stay was very nice and the communication with the host was great. Every morning you could order a small breakfast basket. Gladly again!

Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!

Had a lovely stay at Carina's place. Her husband picked us up from the train station and offered to drop us back after checking out. Communication was fantastic and Carina sent recommendations of activities we could do based on the weather. Everything was clean and tidy. Only improvement I would suggest is some additional things such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Location was great, scenery in the area was fantastic, with a lovely walk along the river into the town. I highly recommend a stay here, in summer anyway!

Super nice welcome, Mia is really very nice and the accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures. Great view from the balcony. Dogs are welcome and if you feel like cooking, you will find everything you need in the spacious kitchen. We'd love to come back. Great apartment!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

The host was very accommodating, always had a good tip for things to do. If questions came up, they would always have good advice. Overall, just top, always happy to travel there.

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
