Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Alpine chalet Leutaschtal

The chalet extends over two floors, with the actual living area on the upper floor. Entry to the house is directly from the carport, which offers space for two vehicles. In addition to two spacious bedrooms with double beds, large wardrobes and flat-screen TVs, the ground floor also has a separate toilet and the beautiful wellness area. It includes a private sauna as well as a washbasin and shower. After sweating, you can relax in the chill-out area with loungers.

The Luna apartment (approx. 85 m²) is located on the 2nd floor and has a large living-dining area with a corner bench, kitchenette, large sofa, bathroom with bathtub, toilet and bidet. The exposed roof beams are particularly cosy. A second toilet is located in the entrance area. The second bedroom has two separate beds. The furnishings consist of solid wood furniture. The large covered balcony is accessible from the living room and the front bedroom (double bed).
