Welcome to the apartment house “Alpenland“ centrally located in Seefeld. Our guests can enjoy for free the big in-house pool, the sauna area, a ski storage, the shared lounge and a private parking place as well as the playground and the large garden. The centre of Seefeld with its restaurants, shops, the casino and more are within short walking distance. You will find many promenades, hiking trails, golf courses, varied ski slopes and our world championship cross-country ski trails nearby.

On your vacation, take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life in the mountains in unspoiled nature. Take the time to yourself and make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m near the forest. In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the ski lift goes up behind the house. In the summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Situated at the edge of the forest with panoramic views over the Inn Valley and yet you can enjoy peace and freedom, you are in only 5 minutes by car In Vomp. There you will find everything for daily use.

The sunny and completely renovated apartment is on the 1st floor (elevator available). There is a kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower, big bed, a couch with sleeping function and a lot storage space. The balcony with the few on the mountain "Hohe Munde" completes the apartment. In the complex is an indoor pool, sauna, relaxing space and a storage room for the skis/bikes. The big meadow with playground and plenty of parking spaces is also worth mentioning.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.
