Great place to stay, at high tide you feel like your right on the firth and at low tide there is a lot of area to walk. It's quite and peaceful, and was the perfect place for me and my family to relax whilst we explored Inverness, Loch Ness and the highlands

What a gem this accommodation is, after a very long drive it was just what we needed. Very comfortable and very clean, I had the best nights sleep in ages. We highly recommend this property.

We had a short but lovely stay at Julie and Spencer’s place! We felt at home right away! The place was very very clean and comfortable and close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Julie and Spencer were very helpful and responsive. The neighbours are also very friendly! The only small setback was that we were expecting bunk beds, as that was what was listed when we booked. When we arrived, there was a small double bed in its place. However, it was a minor inconvenience in the grand scope of things. We would highly recommend this place to those wanting to stay in Inverness.

Beautiful home. What absolutely blew us away was the views of Loch Ness. Photos don’t do it justice!

We felt welcomed into the space as soon as we walked in. The home was clean, had some games/puzzles to keep us entertained outside of screen time and was close to the areas of interest we had for our trip. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The Ness Garden is an oasis away from home. Clean and bright and beautifully decorated. It is peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio in the garden. The bed is comfortable and the shower is specious with a rain head shower. The off street parking is very convenient. The location is perfect. A 15 -20 minute walk to the shops and coffee shops and restaurants along the beautiful Ness Walk. We visited Culloden Battlefield and the less touristy Loch Ness at Dores village and beach. We will definitely return here again during our next Scotland vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

After being in busy cities, it was a pleasure to stay at Leanne’s apartment with lovely views of Inverness. Good base to visit surrounding areas. Hopefully will be back again soon

We loved this apartment, great location close to river and easy walking to town. Beautiful modern apartment, well provisioned and lovely extra touches. Bed was comfortable and there were block out blinds for bedroom. Would highly recommend.

The Apartment in Highland Council was very nice and clean! There were also plenty of towels! The highlight was the beautiful, modern bathroom with the wonderful shower with a full enclosure door and a niche to place your shampoos, etc. Believe us when we say this is a plus in the UK! The water pressure and the hot water was also a plus. Again, this is not always the case in the UK! The apartment was quiet even though it is situated right by a road. The parking is by its back door/patio entrance which is by the market parking lot. We entered and exited from this door during our stay, and used the market parking near the back gate. The kitchen is adorable and functional, but it’s small. It has a very small refrigerator, so small amounts of groceries are best to buy if you’re cooking in. There were some staples available for use, a coffee maker and a kettle. The washer dryer was definitely a plus!

Our stay at Karen's place was wonderful for our time in Inverness! It was the cutest apartment, clean, and comfortable. Having the washer/dryer was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this stay. Karen was fantastic!

If you want to stay within the city of Inverness, we suggest you place 18 Fairfield Road at the top of your listing. Not only is this BnB perfectly located and in walking distance to the city centre, it also has a general Spar Store directly diagonal to the property for everyday food items, but also a large Tesco also within walking distance if you prefer. Internally, the host provides an immaculately clean environment with touches of items you do not always see in kitchens and bathrooms. That is, full utensil kitchen items, clean washing supplies, shower and bathroom requisites, washer plus dryer( highly unusual) and secure parking at the rear. What more could you ask for in this compact reasonably priced accommodation. We were highly impressed, especially if you like cooking and on a budget for travel. Advanced bookings are essential for this residence.

Great stay! Yvonne was really helpful, very communicative and clear instructions. The flat is very cozy, and there were lots of additional supplies available - teas, coffees, shower gels, shampoo etc. and the bakery downstairs send an amazing waft of freshly baked bread, so added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Jill has a wonderful place. The quality of the place is high. It is well taken care of and was spotless when we arrived. Jill was kind enough to set us up with a few treats and amenities. We had zero issues from arrival until departure. Such a pleasure

I stayed at Sandra's place with two friends from Friday to Monday and found it to be extremely pleasant! Good location, only a 15/20 minute walk to Inverness center. The apartment is very pleasant and perfectly clean. It is in a great location, close to a space to walk the dog and about ten minutes walk to the city center. It is a perfect pied-à-terre to stay for a few days and discover the surroundings of Inverness. Jill is a responsive and caring host

Good spot at a very reasonable price. Place was clean and sufficed for one night, though it was a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults. Location was decent but a bit of a walk from the center of Inverness (maybe 15-20 minutes). Overall would stay again and had no issues.

Catherine was a great host and the space was perfect! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and wanted a close spot to the main Inverness area. Super close and walkable to shopping, groceries, and yummy food spots. Easy to get to local destinations such as Loch Ness by car. The apartment was stocked with all the essentials! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely old building close to the high street. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to take a travel break and cook our own meals . Loved the library! So many interesting books as well as the collection and games! Enough to keep us amused for weeks.Thanks for a great stay. 😊
