Holiday rentals with lake access in Ioannina

The space is inside the commercial center of the city that serves for shopping, evenings out, etc. since you can walk to several destinations on foot. Of course this creates an issue with the parking of the vehicle - at least at check-in and checkout, since the city center has limited parking spaces. The host was friendly and there was good communication. The room was warm and comfortable.

It was one of the best places I've stayed. The house was easy to find, in the heart of the old city. It's an amazing location; everything is within walking distance, which makes your visit to the city so much more enjoyable. Also, Christos was kind enough to provide us with free underground parking which helped a ton with the difficult parking situation in the city and we are more than thankful for that! Also, the house was spotless clean, wonderfully designed with all the necessities. Just a heads up, because the house is located next to a small bar, on Saturday nights it can get a bit noisy from the music next door. Other than that, its a highly recommended place to stay from me! This was our first time in Ioannina and Lucy’s place was perfect for our party of 4. It was fun to be inside the castle walls and everything we needed was close by. Lucy was very proactive and responsive to all our questions and super helpful. We loved that the home was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area. Harmony Villa is a recently renovated home tucked away in a private enclave in the old walled city. This three story, three- bedroom, two and half bath home has all the amenities – touch lighting, power curtains, walk-in showers and a well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. A full washer and dryer are located downstairs next to the children’s playroom. The playroom leads to the one-car garage. Outside spaces are found as an upstairs balcony and a screened back lanai, both overlook a fragrant backyard flower garden. The home is also tastefully designed with avant-garde lighting fixtures, hardwood floors, fireplace, and on the wall coverings depict an idyllic lake. As we stayed 17-days, we prepared many meals in the kitchen with ease. Moreover, Konstantina is super responsive. What’s more is that the home is serviced every three days. What a find!

We stayed for 2 days with our kids on this property! the house was very central, into the castle, but in a peaceful location! the house was as described, clean, with all the amenities! the only problem was the parking, as the old city has very narrow streets, but Efstathios was really helpful!

A fresh and fully functional apartment, with everything you may need. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and practical. Vassilis and Joy welcomed us warmly and even though we stayed very short, it was absolutely worth it. The greenery and sounds of nature are also very relaxing. I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was excellent – everything was spotlessly clean and brand new. It had all the equipment and amenities we needed. Both we and the kids were delighted. We’ll definitely come back during our next trip to Greece. Highly recommended!

The house is as presented in the listing, functional, has everything necessary and more, quiet and very close to the main square and the lake. It is highly recommended.

Our stay at the place was quite good. The room was located on a main street and you could get around on foot. It was clean and Mr. Kostas was quick to answer our questions. The only thing that troubled us a bit, because we succeeded in cold days we felt a little cold in the room .

The place is clean and tidy, the neighborhood quiet. In general, we had no complaints other than parking, which is a general issue of Ioannina.

I had a wonderful stay in Ioannina! The apartment is in a central location, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The room was very clean, comfortable, and just as shown in the photos. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with check-in and anything else I needed during my stay. I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit Ioannina!

Vasiliki was one of the sweetest Hosts we have had to date! She made us savoury pastries to have in the morning before we left, it felt like we were part of the family! Her home was very beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was perfect to cook a good meal while on vacation. I would recommend this place any day to anyone.
