Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ipioca Beach

The apartment is very clean and well-prepared! The location is very good, close to everything and has a nice view from the 11th floor. We loved the building, it seems very safe, the facilities are well-kept and new. It will surely continue to maintain the 5 points for a long time!

Excellent stay. The apartment is very complete and clean, it had things that you don't usually have in other places, such as a cooler, toolbox, several pillows. Congratulations on the organization and cleanliness, especially the host, who was always proactive and quick to respond, super helpful and I will return other times!

The stay was perfect for me and my family and we enjoyed several options of restaurants and tours, because we were in this location. In addition, as there is a good movement of people along the waterfront in this region, this gives a sense of security and it is pleasant to feel the energy of this crowd. The apartment was very practical and matched everything we were expecting for this trip!

Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

The place is very beautiful and quiet. It had already been in the condominium, however, staying in another house. The house is a show, spacious, well divided, the very good pool, barbecue area and the very good rooms, well cared for. The host was very attentive, always proactive, from the moment I closed my stay until checkout. Anyway, I hope I can come back again and again.

The house is great and the beach too... very close to the natural pools of Paripueira. Too bad that the Paripueira region where the house is located does not offer restaurant or bar infrastructure at night, only kiosks and a beach club that closes at 5 p.m. The only option in the region is to order delivery at night. Overall, I really liked the cost-benefit.

Casa has excellent space, short walk to the beach, spacious and clean house. Maria Regina is always at your disposal . Sandra marvellous cook, cheerful, fun , made some wonderful pies and cakes my God. Nearby there is not much to do, like good restaurants, places to go out at night, there is only beach and rest even with family . Very quiet and safe condominium.

Complete house, beautiful and clean… I felt at home, with all the kitchen utensils, mineral water, towels and bed linens all clean and very fragrant, everything very comfortable and pleasant… The hostess was very friendly and attentive. The house is amazing, perfect for large group travel. It is close to the beach and close to the centrinho, where it has numerous restaurants. It also has a pharmacy and market on the same street. For me, the house is wonderful, with large rooms, with air conditioning and a very tasty pool. I highly recommend to anyone who goes to Maceió!

I spent the weekend with my family, staying at Monique's apartment. Clean apartment, super cozy, very well decorated and comfortable, exactly as advertised. Well-equipped kitchen, with everything we needed. Bed and bath linens are clean and in great condition. Monique is very polite, attentive and helpful. She gave us several tips for restaurants and tours. Very good condominium, on the seafront and the staff are super attentive and polite. I really enjoyed it and I intend to return to Barra de São Miguel soon. I highly recommend Monique's apartment.

Apartment as in the description!! Host Caubi is impeccably kind!! I recommend it, and we would definitely come back. Good location, great utensils, clean apartment, wonderful reception from the host and the condominium workers.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. Good communication from the host. Registering for access to the building took longer than expected (the building security team could not locate our ID details which the host had sent), and the coffee machine was broken (although there was also a manual coffee filter in the apartment), but these were minor details. The location was good, on the corner of the Praça do Skate in a good neighbourhood of Maceió. We recommend this apartment and would stay there again.
