Cozy small-town house close to many of the activities Upper Peninsula Michigan has to offer. Time in the U.P. does not follow a clock, it is measured by your enjoyment. If you are looking for crystal palace, look elsewhere. This place offers the basic essentials in a typical Upper Peninsula small former mining community. Wi-Fi provided just in case the weather does not want to cooperate with your outdoor plans. Many of the floors recently upgraded. Bathroom updated to include shower/tub.

The Main Stay is a cozy one bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed. We have a private double deck, laundry, separate office, and a fully stocked coffee bar and kitchen. There is snowmobile and Orv trail access from the apartment along with trailer parking. Iron Mountain, Michigan and the wonderful Upper Peninsula are six miles North of the apt. on US Hwy 141. The apartment is located in North Eastern Wisconsin! We are two hours from Green Bay, WI and under two hours from Marquette, MI

Enjoy the Upper Peninsula~ Our place is in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking Lake Antoine~ ORV trails & Pine Mountain Ski Resort- fishing galore! Home is private to the guest. Queen bed, 1 bath, living area in lower level (a walk out basement); full kitchen and living space upper level. Our home has a 2 person Infrared Sauna, bar, washer & dryer, full kitchen & attached garage parking. Great for business people, couples, small families. Day bed available as well, but room is unfinished.

Here everything less then 5 minutes drive ! , perfect for walks to the pine mountain hill , ski and golf resort less then 3 minutes drive ! Or you can even walk there too. I was flying solo, but I could imagine this cottage being perfect for a family of 4. Nice balcony facing the lake (sunset). A grill at the ready. 100 feet from its own pier. A few short yards to the roped off swim area. Stanley Lake is crystal clear. The shoreline and swim area are completely weed free, unlike many other lakes in the area. Great swimming for the kids. inside is a cool wood burning stove that is gas fired and looks better than wood burning. It's the main heat for the cabin, so it's controlled by a thermostat. the bedrooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. No problem sleeping there. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen, and fully equipped with everything you'll need. 10 mins from iron river, so groceries and supplies are a breeze. I have t-mobile, which has zero signal, so I paired my phone with the wifi and was back in business. nice tv with plenty of viewing options, and several games if the weather isn't cooperating. Great Place for solo or family of 4

10/10 stay! The house was an architectural marvel, well-appointed, and the property was buzzing with flora and fauna. Our hosts were organized, communicative, and curated the perfect Northwoods experience. We enjoyed the sauna, canoeing on the lake, hiking at Bond Falls, butterfly and bird watching, and so much more. Do not hesitate to book Wanderloft!

Comfortable, modern place that meets all basic needs. We appreciated the early checkin and cleanliness and friendly woman who helped us inside. TV required subscriptions so couldn't watch the tigers playoff game, our only reason for stopping on a road trip...🤔. Beds were high quality and so was bedding.
