If you are looking for a place to stay in the Rochester area look no further. Our family was in the area for our son’s wedding. We needed a place big enough and also pet friendly. This host has thought of everything and more. The home was spotless, all beds extremely comfortable, linens were so soft, pillows were dreamy! Bathrooms were impeccable and stocked with name brand beautiful soaps, shampoos, ect. The yard was a lot of fun with the included yard games, tie out for our dog, and grill and bar table. There was even a shelf in the linen closet chock full of supplies that you might have forgotten. The area was quiet and safe on a tree lined cul-de-sac. Area restaurants were just a hop skip and jump away! The hosts were extremely responsive for even the smallest questions. The attention to detail that is shown really sets these hosts apart from others, and maybe they should give lessons to other hosts on how to “wow” guests. We can’t wait to stay again in the future. Communication was primarily with Kristina and her response time was outstanding. Very attentive- even recommended restaurants. Very happy with our stay and look forward to returning!

Great stay while visiting our son at RIT. Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and a great and quiet neighborhood for walking. Bathrooms were especially extra clean which means a lot to us while traveling. We spent lots of time in the nice sunroom with comfy couches and privacy. Jason was very communicative. We felt right at home!

We were there for my son's graduation who lived in this vibrant neighborhood. Very fun to take walks here, and we are a walk-loving family. We could walk to my son's place and to restaurants and the Kodak mansion. It was my husband and I, a brother-in-law, and three grandparents. Only one bath with a shower, but we managed that as we don't all shower daily anyways (we are kinda MN granolas I guess). The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I am a bit of a clean freak. Awesome grocery story very close, Wegman's, which has a cult-like following. We liked dining together in the dining room and hanging on the porch and having drinks. Pretty easy to please this crowd. They didn't have a 9x13 pan at the time, but that was about the only thing the kitchen was lacking, could use firmer spatulas and a larger-size fry pan which we borrowed from kid. The kitchen worked well otherwise. We ate our lunch, breakfast and one dinner at the house and ate out other meals. Fun family time.

Perfect for us bringing our dogs along for the Memorial Day weekend. The Airbnb was fantastic and gave us a cozy place to relax in with all that rain. Location was perfect for us, stunning and isolated.

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

Beatriz’s place was exactly as advertised! It was spotless and beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Sadly the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use the outdoor areas, but Beatriz and her husband were nice enough to help us get the fireplace going for a late spring cold-weather snap. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was set up great for entertaining. I would absolutely recommend Beatriz’s place if you’re going to Rochester. It is located near lots of restaurants and shopping areas. You can’t go wrong here! We would not hesitate to stay at one of her homes again if we are ever back in the area!!!

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

We had a great stay here! Great location on a beautiful property. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Bloomfield area. Thanks again to Kenneth for a great stay!

Lj's place is in a great neighborhood. Just a block off the lake and a short walk to a small park and beach. Very quiet at night. Not far from main routes back into Rochester. Fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We stayed here for my daughters near-by wedding. It was great to have a place big enough for my family to be together and enjoy the weekend. This is an exceptional property!! The hosts were gracious and wonderful. I booked this long before it was done. ...a bit on a wing and a prayer for what they had hoped to do..... There was no disappointment. The place is very nice. (That is an understatement). Well stocked. Everything you need and so much more!!! The barn was a huge hit. My 5 year old grandson summed it up when he first walked into the upstairs "bonus" room. He turned to his 3 year old brother and exclaimed "(brother's name) ...we've hit the jackpot!" The host has several other properties which I am sure are all as nice....I wouldn't hesitate to check those out if you are traveling elsewhere. But, if you are going to be in the area, do treat yourself and your fellow guests and do stay here.

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

Magnificent homestead built in 1855. Beautiful grounds. Loved the animals in the barn. Lovely tennis court and swimming pool. Comfy beds! Martha was totally responsive and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing stay!😊

This place was great for our stay, we took our toddler and really appreciated the supplies for kids-pack and play, high chair, even cups and bowls for kids! The place was spacious and worked great for us. We also liked the location very much-so walkable to restaurants and a little park with slides! I will note the stairs were a tiny bit steep but we managed ok

Sarah was very professional very considerate, she was very tentative and easy to get a hold of. Her home was very comfortable and seeing I use to live in that city I knew exactly where to find it and the neighborhood was very peaceful. If I come back to visit I will definitely utilize it again if available.

Our family enjoyed a lovely weekend in Rochester. The house had lots of space, was comfortable and very clean, with nice walkable streets for our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed numerous family meals eating in. I appreciated the laundry facilities! A short drive to the Eastman School of Music with lots of comfortable beds and thoughtfully decorated living spaces, the house was perfect for our purposes. Lindsey was a friendly and responsive host. Thanks for the great stay!

The neighborhood is nice. It was quiet and peaceful but also close to useful locations. The furnishings were as listed and the atmosphere inside was comfortable.

Melissa's home was great, all the beds were comfortable, things were as described and it worked perfectly for our family with four couples. Melissa went above and beyond. Our daughter recently had twins and Melissa went out and bought two brand new pack and plays so both children could have a pack and play! She was so thoughtful and was always very prompt in responding to any questions. We loved the charm of this older home and the fact that everything worked perfectly.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s on a quiet and quaint street and close to town. I suggest leave your vehicle in the off street parking spot and walk to town where there is lots to do. Highly recommend this adorable location. Host was very responsive and friendly ❤️
