This nice colorful house (about 30 sqm) is immersed in the authentic historic center of Vico del Gargano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. You will live an experience that will catapult you into an almost forgotten time, made of simple things and authenticity. The sunsets will color the road from which, between green hills and the houses of the alley, you can see the Adriatic. The house is an ideal starting point for the beaches of Gargano (the closest a 10-minute drive) and the freshness of the Umbra Forest.

The right place to immerse yourself in the life and folklore of a village in Southern Italy where all the most important daily activities and events revolve around the square. It is a 15-minute drive to the beach of Rodi Garganico and is connected by bus to the beaches of Foce Varano.

La Banchina is a 75 square meter apartment overlooking the beach of Marina Piccola, in the center of Vieste, a few steps from the most beautiful points of interest and the boarding area for sea caves excursion. Renovated in 2019, it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom, on the top floor a large bedroom with a small bathroom, balcony overlooking the sea and Vieste old town. Il Camino is a two-room apartment, located on the ground floor, named after the architectural element that most characterizes it, a fireplace over 100 years old built in wood and concrete, framed by a ceiling with exposed beams. The layout makes the bedroom a unique environment with the living area. The private bathroom is located in front of the bedroom and is furnished respecting its essential elements with finishes that are in line with the wooden ceiling.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space hidden in the middle of the National park. yet, it is so close to rodi garganico and the beach. you can enjoy the marvelous panorama of Varano lake, the adriatic Sea and Tremiti Islands. the house is surrounded by Pine trees, Olives, fruit trees and many marvellous plants. the terraces are very big, perfect to have a meal outside or just sit and enjoy the view as well as the jacuzzi (additional cost).
