The building has two floors (with an apartment on each one), plus the communal terrace with wonderful views of the Salvador church. The building and the apartment have been recently restored respecting the original elements. Most of the interesting points like the Cathedral, Alcazar, museums, are are just a stone's throw away walking distance. The apartment has a parking space in the same building to the disposal of our guests, and it is totally free (maximum vehicle height: 198cm/78"). Notice that it's very difficult to find a parking place in the city center, so it's very helpful for our guests

Charming and quiet apartment in a recently restored 18th century building with wooden ceilings and terracotta floors, in the heart of the San Lorenzo neighborhood in front of the Basilica del Gran Poder de Sevilla, located on a pedestrian street. It has all the amenities in its rooms. The San Lorenzo neighborhood is a very traditional neighborhood of Seville with magnificent churches and bars and restaurants with everything you need to live. It has a great tradition within the city and is safe.
