It is a house where its owners Sergio and Marisol (a friendly couple) live on the first floor. The private apartment available is located on the second floor of the house; it has a separate entrance for guests. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed plus a living room. A beautiful private bathroom, kitchenette (fully stocked). Sheets, towels, and a hairdryer. Excellent Wi-Fi connection with high speed of 800 Megabytes (Mbps) and cable TV.

In this place you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, have a pleasant rest and be close to the beach and places of interest, such as the Pablo Neruda House Museum just three kilometers away, as well as the QUEBRADA DE CORDOVA River with a trekking circuit.

A cozy cabin with ocean views for four people. It has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric oven, HD cable TV, and private parking. It has a beautiful ocean view just steps from the beach, as well as a full kitchen in a natural and quiet atmosphere. Only small pets with responsible owners are accepted. Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM.

Beautiful and cozy house in Punta de Tralca, fully equipped, with quincho and a large pool 5 minutes walk to the beach. Spacious common spaces, and a large terrace with ocean views. It is located on a hill, so it has a height that allows for a wide view of the Pacific Ocean and its sunsets. It does not have its own indoor parking.
