Holiday rentals with beach access in Isla Verde Beach

We thought it was a perfect spot for a couples weekend getaway. would definitely use again and I have already recommended it to several of my coworkers.

We had an amazing stay! Paul and Carmen were incredibly responsive and accommodating — even allowing us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. They gave great recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful, and the easy access made it perfect for relaxing and exploring. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel extra special. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this bnb! The unit was super clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Comes with everything you could ever need, beach chairs, towels, even a Brita filter in the fridge! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice calm place that’s easily accessible to old San Juan :)

My partner and I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed such as stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I can't say enough about how amazing this property is. I brought my two grown children and husband to Old San Juan for the first time as a graduation/50th birthday (respectively) and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The open air kitchen and living areas were surprisingly cool with the breeze coming off the ocean only a couple blocks away. The location was perfect, close to the forts and restaurants. All in all, just amazing. I highly recommend booking this AirBnB.

If Your searching for quiet this will not be it. But if your searching for fun, night life, and great location this is it. Instructions were very simple, easy to find, and security was great and safe. Exactly what was advertised, amenities close, full kitchen for cooking. This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!
