Waterfront holiday rentals in Isla Verde Beach

Loved our stay at Shelia’s place! It looked just like the photos, and had a wonderful view. Very easy access to the pool and private gated entrance to the beach. Shelia was very communicative and responsive, answering all questions and offering suggestions for things when asked. Not intrusive, just there when we needed. The place is perfect for a couple or a friend getaway. There is a Walgreens/CVS type store just across the street that has literally everything. You could lose your entire luggage and be fine 😂 Lots of restaurants within walking distance and felt completely safe walking around any hours. Charlie’s car rental is close too, if you need that. I would book here again.

Great place and wonderful hosts! Close to everything, parking is a plus and close to major highways for exploration! Condo has a great pool, friendly staff, in a very quiet/peaceful building and direct beach access was amazing! Would recommend!

Great place, looked exactly like the pictures. The place was about a 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants, cvs & other local shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Gabriella was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We needed to check in early due to our flight and she helped out with that. The Airbnb itself was very delightful and very clean. The view of the beach was nice and easy access in and out the place. Overall, the Airbnb itself had everything we needed and more. Yes, the airplane noise is loud, but she provides earbuds. A enjoyable stay and would recommend.

Yarisma & Héctor were incredibly responsive, kind, and professional. The space is very nice and well situated next to the beach, as well as many restaurants and other things you might need (groceries, convenience store, cafes) in Carolina. Easy to reach from airport and also close to downtown San Juan/Old San Juan. There are lots of materials in the place in terms of toiletries and things for the kitchen that made the stay super convenient. The apartment felt very secure and is well-represented by the photos. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Francisco place was amazing the place was super comfortable for our family, the view from the balcony is stunning. The area is close to everything. Definitely will recommend the place.

I stayed in Mauricio and Melba’s property for about a week. Overall, the property is in a great location, the parking was great as well (parked right infront of the property), the property is exactly as pictured and described. I had a chance to meet Mauricio and he was very kind! I would highly recommend this place and will stay again in the future.

Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 6 and just steps away from the beach. The pool was exactly what we needed! Kristina made sure our stay was special and coordinated, decorations, drinks, and even a birthday cake for our birthday celebration. There are lots of board games… bop it 100 record over here! 😆 the house has everything you need. Ramon and Kristina were responsive and were always available when we had any questions. We will definitely be back, next time we are in San Juan!

Nice and clean very pretty on beach and peaceful

Had a great family trip with 3 adult sons and my husband for a birthday celebration. Plenty of room for all, and each had their own bedroom. Lots and lots of amenities. There was nothing we needed to purchase besides our own groceries. There were even some seasonings in the cabinets. The pool is just enough room for us to chill out in as a family. Beach was right across the street and at times we were the only ones there. The front balcony had enough room for us to relax to grill and have our meals up there. Stores are close by for small items, but we stopped at Costco for too much food! Didn’t dine out at all, we ordered from Pizza Hut one night and a caterer for the last 2. All in all it was a great trip and you will enjoy the privacy and the home. Miguel and Tania are great hosts. We will be returning!

My cousin stayed at another Airbnb of the host in the same area which is why we chose to go with them this time around. It was perfect exactly as described and everything we needed for a short visit. Would definitely return and recommend!

John’s place was breathtaking. The pictures did not do it justice. It was a little hard to find, but absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. The little treat basket and coffee supplied was so thoughtful and appreciated.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

We had the most incredible time at the coral beach bum! Brendan is so kind and really has thought of everything you could need to enjoy your time. He is so responsive and helpful and while we picked this spot for the beautiful beach we will be returning because of the awesome host! One of the provided beach chairs was broken and Brendan had another one delivered to the apartment in under 20 minutes- really just unheard of. The condo is adorable and cozy, the complex itself has 24/7 security and feels so secure, I would have felt safe enough to travel solo. The 24 hour pharmacy right across the street was also so convenient. If you’re in the area do NOT miss Kumo’s rooftop less than a 3 min walk from the condo. Shower has great water pressure and just like the other reviews say the bed is everything after a long day exploring la isla. Convenient beach access and clean bathrooms downstairs easily accessible from beach/pool and plenty of food trucks/bars/restaurants steps from the beach.

We stayed from Wednesday to Monday and it was perfect. A block from the beach - the chairs provided had backpack straps and little cooler and towel pockets. Easy location for Ubers to pick up too. The pharmacy across the street has beer/snacks - everything you need while getting ready for the beach! AC works REALLY well. Beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay near the beach with your own parking spot as it gets pretty crowded around the areas of beach goers.
