I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The location was perfect—close to everything you could need, with plenty of restaurants lining the strip and so many activities within a short 15-minute drive. The amenities were top-notch, covering everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!

I encountered a minor security issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and without hassle. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking balcony view of the ocean that was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the appliances were top-notch, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. While it's clear that the building could use some remodeling, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beachfront view with the added convenience of being just a 6-minute drive from the airport. Do keep in mind that the area can be a bit noisy due to its vibrancy, with plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile radius. If you’re looking to save some money and prepare meals in your room, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a five-star meal right at your convenience. I'm glad I stayed at Juan's place. It felt like home during my stay and it was in a great location, close to everything. Juan was also communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. I'd recommend a stay at his place!

Close to beach. Pool was nice. Easy to walk around Isla Verde. Felt safe. Would stay again.
