French double door open to the patio in and enjoy garden view. Close your eyes and listen to the birds song all day. No breakfast. Only provide tea and coffee. Also a great place for cyclists as on a cycle route. Tresgawen Hall Hotel & Spa only 1mile away, local beaches 10minutes drive, Benllech, Lligwy and Red Wharf Bay, where you will also find lots of places to eat and drink. The Market town of Llangefni is a 10minute drive, for all the local amenities.

Great location for exploring nearby seaside village of Rhosneigr and surrounding beautiful beaches. On route for visiting Anglesey Circuit. It is a 2 storey suite with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. please note there is a through door on the first floor leading to the main house however this is for emergency use only.

Property has a large driveway with off-road parking for guests and private courtyard. Property is on the ground floor with one small step into porch and one small step into the studio flat. Llyswen is situated on the village high street, a 5 minute walk to the beaches.

Self-contained studio annexe with it's own entrance, cooking facilities, small corridor and large shower room. Close to the famous 2.5mile sandy Llanddona beach which is part of the Anglesey Coastal path. We are discreet at all times but as the space is an annexe to our home you may occasionally hear us going about our day 😊 Village has a cosy pub with a beer-garden which serves food. Use of large garden. NB: No charging of electric vehicles please.
