Flatlet by the sea

The house overlooks the Irish sea facing south/south west at the front and overlooking a tennis court (public) and golf course at the rear. Views are special with great walks on your doorstep. The house is a 15 minute walk to the village centre and under 10 minutes brisk walk to the local Pub. The suite is on the ground floor at the rear of the house with its own access. Small Inflatable beds can be provided for up to 2 at a small extra charge. Food available on a self service basis as agreed.

5 Bed House with Wonderful Views

Come and enjoy our home including a 6 person salt water hot tub, large outdoor space with dining area, loungers, sofas and BBQ/Smoker, view of the TT course, sunroom, kareoke room,TV room with open fire, garage space and offroad parking. WiFi is available throughout the property and gardens. The house is located on the TT course and is a 10 minute walk to the closest pub/restaurant and only 200m from a bus stop. Peel is a 5 minute drive from the property and Douglas just over a 10 minute drive.

'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Within easy reach are the many shops and restaurants of the city centre, the promenade and beach, sports centre and Nobles Park and Grandstand. The house is perfectly located to watch the TT races. This house is light and spacious and is tastefully decorated throughout and has a homely feel with the log-burner for cozy nights in, and outside spaces with BBQ and fire pit.
