The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Pear Tree Lodge

Pear Tree Lodge has recently undergone a complete renovation. The property is self- contained from the main house with underfloor heating throughout and mid-century decor. There is a pretty garden exclusively for guests .Keys can be left out so guests can let themselves in and maintain their privacy, we will be on hand should you need anything. The property benefits from its own quiet shale driveway with off street parking. The lodge is a 15 minute walk to the beach, town and the train station.

It is separate from the main family home which offers a cosy/secluded space with an open-plan kitchen and living area. Located on the driveway opposite our home, The Little House offers its own living space in a peaceful countryside setting. Base price is for one guest; additional guests are welcome for a small nightly supplement NOTICE: A neighbouring farm is currently carrying out building works. There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.

My place is close to Sandwich, Wingham, Canterbury and Dover Ferry Port. There are 4 golf courses within a 9 mile radius including Royal St. Georges in Sandwich which hosts the British Open Championship every few years. There are 2 public courses in the area - Boughton and Stone Lees.
