I encountered a minor security issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly and without hassle. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking balcony view of the ocean that was definitely the highlight of my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the appliances were top-notch, allowing for a seamless cooking experience. While it's clear that the building could use some remodeling, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a beachfront view with the added convenience of being just a 6-minute drive from the airport. Do keep in mind that the area can be a bit noisy due to its vibrancy, with plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile radius. If you’re looking to save some money and prepare meals in your room, this kitchen is perfect for whipping up a five-star meal right at your convenience. I also recommend visiting Pueblo grocery, which has everything you need and is open 24 hours. Without a doubt, I would return to this A

Josué was a great host. I had some issues the first night and Josue was quick to respond and offer me solutions to my problem. I found Josue and his brother to be absolutely wonderful during the interaction that I had with them. The person who cleans was also super nice. I’m sorry I forgot her name. It’s a great place to stay. Close to the airport, hotels, restaurants and the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Josue

10/10! Thank you pedro for welcoming us into your beautiful home! Everything was perfect just like the photos. Very clean place with plenty of linen in the bathroom, beautiful views for the beach and we even had cold beverages in the fridge upon arrival. Also, it was my birthday and pedro had balloons, a birthday banner & 4 cupcakes set up when i walked in! thank you again pedro!

It was amazing close to a lot of places. Very comfortable and clean.

Ricardo was super responsive and a super host! He waited and met my boyfriend and I outside right when we arrived and gave us easy instructions to get in/ as well as during check out. The view was beautiful and it was soothing to hear the waves at night while falling asleep. We were here during a 31 hour power outage in the Airbnb during PR’s island blackout. Luckily the elevator and utility room were working for us to still access the airbnb/ charge our phones and we made the most of it while sleeping with the windows open to cool the room with the ocean breeze. Ricardo made sure to check in periodically with updates and make sure we were okay. There are umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels available in the closet for beach use which came in super handy. I would definitely stay here again if ever in PR. You can’t beat the amazing view!

El lugar està hermoso, cercano a muchos puestos de comida que se pueden ir caminando, a la playa y mercados. Ambiente tranquilo, comfortable que trasmite seguridad. Las reglas de las instalaciones hacen sentir que uno està seguro en todo momento, la piscina està incredible, la playa està a pasos de la piscina y està espectacular.Ofrece parqueo libre de costo y seguro para su vehiculo. La comunicaciòn con el host fue excelente , vale destacar que se ha equipado el lugar con los accessorios necesarios para cubrir la necesidades en vacaciones de playa como son hielera,silla portatil de playa, toallas de playa y toallas regulares,bolso de playa, ademàs proven shampoo,gel de ban̈o, protector solar, el refrigerador tenìa agua, refrescos y otras bebidas,en la cocina habian utensilios como cubiertos,vasos y otros cosas para cocinar. Recomiendo 100 % estè lugar, fue una experiencia maravillosa que sin dudas repetirè pronto.

Great place! It has a beautiful view and it was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. There’s a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The hosts are absolutely phenomenal and very responsive. Definitely worth it, don’t hesitate booking!

The condo was very clean and comfy for a family of 3. The highway is very close but couldn’t hear anything once you are inside the condo. The parking is sometimes tricky since there are limited spots in the neighborhood. Overall it was great, would definitely stay there again!

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

This home is located in the heart of Old San Juan across from several bars. We loved the walkable area and being able to walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat or a drink whenever we felt like it. The home was tiny but perfect for 2 and super comfy. There was so much history within the apartment! The AC in the room was perfect. I will say that the bed only had a thin sheet and throw blanket on it and I struggled with that. Keep that in mind if you like to snuggle up with a nice comforter. Overall I had an amazing experience staying here and felt super safe!

This home is a perfect pick if you want to rent something at a reasonable price! It was a center point to all the excursions we went on and was very close to the airport. Grocery store was within walking distance and food was easily accessible. Beach access was only a 3 minute walk which was convenient for relaxation.

What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

Great place! Conveniently close to the airport/groceries and a 2 minute walk to the beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Juan’s! We were in a great area with a lot to do and would definitely come back to stay. The apartment was very clean on the inside and the guards were very nice. Juan was always responsive and so kind.

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

Ana Delia and James were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and truly welcoming. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offering great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out seamless. I felt right at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Isla Verde!

This is our second stay here, and it was just as good as the first time!!! Absolutely love this condo and area!!!! Very comfortable and cute with lots to do in the area. Already planning our next trip 🇵🇷❤️🇵🇷 José is awesome, always quick to respond and super helpful!!!
