Holiday rentals with a sauna in Isle Verde Beach

What a gem! Everything is brand new and modern. Plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. This unit has great amenities and amazing views of the ocean and islands. The moon shimmers off the ocean, and the buildings on the hill behind the property look like Encanto all lit up at night, which my daughter loved. The property has 3 great pools. It's close to Loquillo's beautiful beach and the Yunque rainforest. Jesus is a great host who thinks of everything. He's always available and ready to make your stay amazing.

This place was truly amazing! In the best area to stay in old San Juan. Samantha was very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely be booking again.

This property was amazing. The View from 12th floor of the living room area was truly breathtaking. Access to the apartment and private entrance to the beach was quite simple. Parking was also quite easy, I had no issues with parking in the front lot and the staff was friendly. This host was very accommodating regarding an early check-in for a very small fee that practically felt free allowing my family to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the day and evening. The amenities, furniture and condition of the apartment were accurate. The property and apartment were also very clean. The location is near a lot of beaches, shops and restaurants and a short ride to many other vibrant areas of San Juan. The host was very responsive and proactive in making sure we were okay and comfortable but not in an overwhelming way. I hope to stay at this property again if I come with a group or family as you should as well. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

We arrived in Puerto Rico just as the entire island was reeling from a power outage. Bryan was very responsive and helpful, allowing us to check in early with an upgraded apartment., The power had come back, but, unfortunately, the city water supply had not. He supplied us with filtered water jugs and bottles. But, at the end, we had to check out since it was a little hard to use the restroom without running water. He was very understanding and also offered the full refund as we stayed only a few hours. In any case, we are very grateful to him and would have loved to stay, The place was impeccable, squeaky clean with great amenities like body lotion and handwash, which many ABBs do not seem to offer these days. Thanks, Bryan!

Was a perfect space for us three! The view was wonderful and the place was really cute and well taken care of. Only thing I would suggest is brand new linens and covers in the beds, more pillows, and blankets since there were only two really thin blankets for the two beds. Also only 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towels was provided for a week with 3 people.

We had a great time at Idianis’s place during our annual girls’ trip to Puerto Rico. We felt safe and secure in our apartment, which is gorgeously decorated and has a great view of the ocean. We especially loved the hammock on the balcony!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Juan, Alfedro’s place is your best option. Close to everything including, restaurants, supermarkets, beach, and more. Very walkable area. And only 5 mins from SJU. Amazing and cozy place to stay with an amazing city and Sea view. Would recommend!! Definitely booking again in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at Magda’s apartment. She was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was lovely and quite comfortable. Everything was clean and supplied well. The area is extremely walkable. You could easily walk to town in 10 to 15 minutes. Beach is right outside the condo and if you want a little bit more action, you can walk closer to Isla Verde Beach, which would be about a 10 to 15 minute walk - we did that with our chairs and grabbed some snacks and beverages from the local pharmacy right across the street from the beach. It was perfect to have those options!

we stayed with kids and enjoyed the private playgrounds, swimming pools and beach access. the host provided plenty of towels, beach chairs, and toys. the location was great and only a short drive from El Yunqe National Forest, San Juan and Fejardo.

Magda is a great host and the apartment is great! You have everything close by including access just a few steps away to the beautiful beach in Isla Verde.

Our stay was an amazing stay and although it was on the 4th floor it was not bad at all , just the first day bringing the luggage. Aside from that the view, the roof top and the amenities was a plus. The host was very attentive and friendly and gave clear instructions. I would stay here again and definitely would recommend the place.

Nuestra estadía fue corta pero no dudaría volver. La habitación estaba bastante cómoda, la vista es hermosa. La única situación que surgió fue con la cerradura de la puerta de entrada a la habitación en algunas ocasiones a pesar de colocar el código correcto y la luz se encendiera verde, no se podía abrir. Quizá sea porque hay que ajustarla ya que está un poco floja, pero de lo demás estuvo muy bien. Pero el resto estuvo muy bien. El hotel tiene algunas áreas en remodelación por lo que entiendo que en un futuro será aún mejor la estancia. Hay muchos restaurantes y vida nocturna a la que se puede llegar caminando. El acceso a la playa es muy fácil btw la playa está muy bonita. Gracias Lucy, sin duda volveremos.

This place is definitely worth it! The pool was the spotlight & there are so many other listed amenities that were enjoyed. Easy to check in & out, clear instructions. Definitely a PR feel to the place, out of the way of all the noise & nice neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic, situated in a lovely community. The Airbnb itself was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. I’d absolutely choose to stay here again!

The home is spacious and well maintained. The super market, rental locations and ferry terminal are walkable distance. Overall enjoyed the home and central location.

House was beautiful clean in & out exactly as described. Despite the fact that there weren’t any extra blankets or pillows this house is a great place. Is quite peaceful & the fact that it has a pool definitely a 10/10. The game room was awesome for the kids. The host is very communicative and helpful. I will definitely stay here again without a doubt.

The place was absolutely beautiful, the view indescribable so peaceful and relaxing great for your kids & just to enjoy. If i could put 20 stars i would the place was so clean , Santos was so friendly & generous & very welcoming , definitely well worth the price for EVERYTHING you get . They have delicious food places near by and affordable if you’re on a budget . This is definitely going to be my go to place with my family when coming back to Puerto Rico my kids loved the pool the design everything ! 100/10 so glad my family and i chose this place to stay can’t wait to be back !
