Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. The immediate surroundings are a new development area (single and multi-family homes). The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

You can expect a modern bathroom, bedroom with king-size bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, large couch, SmartTV, WLAN, hairdryer, towels, bed linen, firmly anchored bicycle racks and parking in front of the house (e-car charging on request). Built in 1850, the terraced house has recently been extensively renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. In two separate bedrooms with king-size beds, a children's bedroom with sofa bed, a modern cooking and dining area as well as a spacious living room with adjoining roof terrace, you will find everything you need for a relaxing Allgäu vacation.

Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

The small app. "Argen" is our smallest, but it doesn't need to hide. It has everything you need to feel good, even a dishwasher. Since the bed has a width of 120 cm, it is designed for one person. However, there would also be room for another person on the pull-out sofa bed. It is especially nice that you enter the apartment directly from our small courtyard, where you can also enjoy the sun.
