Very special, cozy, private apartment, in a quiet and convenient area for walking, also close to transportation. Nicola was very helpful, both for check-in and during the stay. Recommended!

Overall, a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. The place looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. A solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Quirico was a dream to communicate with and so nice the place is so close to the beach. Very peaceful

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Thank you Francesco. It will be a pleasure to be your guests again.

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Purposefully furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea, really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06, there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella. If you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

A very nice stay - clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great swimming pool. The best part is the beautiful sea just a short 3-minute walk away. There are also newly opened supermarkets and very cosrestaurants in the area.

Beautiful house in the middle of the green, surrounded only by olive groves and fruit trees, wildlife, crickets. If you love peace & seclusion, this is the place. You're really all alone here, far from civilization. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. The apartments are stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor grill and pool are great options, but we were also a lot on the beautiful beaches of the surrounding area. Ilario is great and gave many recommendations, especially the restaurant Le Zagare we liked very much (delicious pizza!).

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers! Loved our stay so much that we extended. Only thing that I guess I didnt realize before booking was that the main big bed is in the living room. (Other two twin beds in the bedroom). We were 2 adults 3 children and it was a bit tight but we were cozy. Also no wifi which I didnt look closely enough for, but other than that it was nice. Would book again.

The apartment and the property are superb, very peaceful in the middle of the olive groves. The outdoor area and pool are very nice. Only 5min from the beach by car and close to various typical Calabrian villages. Antonio and his family was very accommodating. We strongly recommend!

It was a great location. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to make a good meal. Markets and lots of shopping was within walking distance.

Raffaele has always been available with confidentiality, he has always written to me if I needed anything, the house has been recently renovated, it was clean and cared for, he provided me with breakfast products, coffee and aperitif and other useful things for the stay, it is very spacious and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf of Catanzaro Lido, he gave me many tips on places and where to eat great food, the place is also very quiet and peaceful and there are no problems for parking.... I will definitely keep it in mind if I have to come back... I highly recommend it to everyone.

Antonio was a super friendly host, always responds for our messages, he gave us some recommendations and what's fantastic offers fantastic homemade products! the place is located in walking distance from the beach which is super quiet and wide. We've got everything we need over there. planty of parking space on fhe street. highly recommend for long and short stay 😉

We had a great time. The apartment is very well equipped. Mario and Natalia welcomed us very warmly. There was extra cake and limoncello, both very delicious. Also, the fridge was filled with milk and juice, coffee capsules, water and tea as well as jam, everything was available. The beach is great. We didn't do much else. Snorkeling there was awesome.

Bruno's apartment is a spacious studio, beautifully renovated, with excellent materials, a nice bright bathroom with a very large shower. In addition to the quality of the apartment, there are also the small "goodies" that make you feel at home, such as water in the fridge, chips and croissants, clean sheets and towels. Great location in Isola di Capo Rizzuto, with many beautiful beaches just a few minutes by car! Bruno was super kind and available throughout our stay, recommending beaches and places to go right away. REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE.

The location of the apartment was wonderfully centrally located - right in the heart of Pizzo. We were in town over the Easter holidays and were thus able to follow the processions - even from the balcony of the apartment. Pizzo is a very nice place with great Italian flair and likeable inhabitants. The beach is also beautiful. The view of the sea is magnificent and everything was available. The kitchen is a separate space which is very practical. Once we had a problem with the window, Stefania was there right away. As compensation, she left us delicious pasticcini. She responded to our questions right away and was very helpful to us. At the beginning, she reserved a parking space for us. Thank you for the wonderful time in Pizzo.

Our stay in Maria's apartment was great, the apartment was clean and there were groceries for breakfast. Maria was very welcoming and available to help us in case of any difficulties. Maria also kept us updated on the events that took place around our apartment. Great location for proximity to both the beach and commercial establishments.
