The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

We look forward to welcoming you to this brand new 48 m2 cottage that was built at the end of our farm with independent entrance and parking. It is located in the middle of nature in the middle of the mountains (720 m) at the top of the ridges and gives direct access to tens of kilometers of hiking trails.

Ideally located 15 minutes from Le Pal, near the Rcea exit and 20 minutes from Moulins, independent accommodation with parking space. Pets not allowed. Self check-in with a key box.

Close to the Pal and in a spa town, come and discover this bungalow located in the heart of nature and quiet. After spending a day visiting the area, you can relax on the terrace facing the pond. The fully refurbished bungalow has two bedrooms + a sofa bed. Kitchen is Fully stocked. Many walks can be taken from the bungalow. Sheets not provided or for rent €10 per pair. At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winegrower's residence will comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Located amid vineyards, you will enjoy its calm, its authenticity, its pool, its gardens and its magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
