Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

We loved the place. Cozy. Super clean. Great shower with plenty of water. We'll be back for sure.

It was pleasant days and the place corresponds to the listing... I recommend... near the sea and with a very tasty pool... A single observation: it could have a microwave.

Wonderful stay, Thiago and Mariuza (Host) super attentive, responded promptly. The apartment is wonderful, complete, has absolutely everything, towels, dryer, all imaginable kitchen items. We feel welcomed and were amazed by the perfect view. I only get compliments, everyone in the family loved it.

A cottage on the beach!! This is the best definition for that quiet place, of a lot of nature and beautiful birds!! All very well cared for, very clean, prepared with great affection. A Rosane very friendly, quick to return. Neusa who welcomed us is a very kind person, I saw her dedication in the care of the house and utensils so that we did not lack anything, she taught us about the birds that always came close to us, and to show us the beautiful garden that cultivates. The house is very nice, has a lot of space, an area with large barbecue, pool with a view of the forest listening to the singing of birds, very good showers! Excellent refrigerators. Had a great stay! We were very well received by Carlos, who gave us clear instructions and showed us the whole apartment. The location is excellent, the apartment is literally in front of the beach, just across the street. The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with Carlos and Siluá was great from start to finish. We recommend for sure!

Hosting is very good, close to everything the place is very quiet as well. The apartment is small, but equipped with everything she needs in everyday life and Juliana was super wanted and attentive!

The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
