Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived, it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but otherwise the stay was excellent.

Rodrigo is a great host! Super nice people, attentive and flexible! The house is wonderful: very clean, organized and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. We had a great stay. The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

Great cost benefit! Caroline was super helpful with my check-in and checkout, always proactive in responding! I loved the location of the loft, it accommodates no more than two people. Extremely comfortable bed, duvet and bed linen too, especially for the São Paulo winter. Bathroom with shower enclosure, very hot shower but I recommend a larger mirror and a shelf as well (Because we women use shampoo, conditioner, etc... Basic hygiene items). As for the rest of the room, television, coffee maker, sink, everything works normally and still has a small space for clothes. I recommend it to everyone and I intend to return!

Second time we stayed at one of Sandra's properties, and it was impeccable again. Decoration, coziness, all thought out with great affection and elegance.

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

The stay was perfect, although I booked late, I was very well attended by Márcia, who helped me and the check-in was very smooth. Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.
