In the other unit 2 guests rooms each with their own shower, sharing the double washbasin and a separate toilet. Aktion international airport is 30 min away from the villa.

Villa Kipseli is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.

Our beautiful cottage is located in a calm area, only 12 minutes drive from Lixouri (6,7 km). Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio, garden and private parking space. The cottage is in the heart of the nature, offering you ultimate moments of relaxation. The nearest beach is Lagkadakia beach (4-5 minutes by car).
