Our Karwendelblick apartment is our largest holiday apartment (at over 110m²) and is located on the 1st floor of our farmhouse in Jachenau, from which you have wonderful, undisturbed views into the surrounding mountains. The apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 4 people. The apartment also comes with Wi-Fi, a television, as well as a baby cot and high chair (on request).

Our new "Apartment Heidi" (since July 2018) in the Sonnental Jachenau is ideally located if you are looking for peace, nature and genuine Bavarian hospitality. Without through traffic and other sources of noise, only the Laine brook rumbles by here, and fox and rabbit wish "good night". The former "Pension Eichbichler" has now become an idyllic apartment on the 1st floor, where up to seven people can stay overnight with their dog.

A very nice and cozy place to stay in an amazing landscape in the middle of the mountains. The place has everything you need. The location is at the top of a slope, with wonderful views. You are also right on the edge of the forest and can enjoy nature. Very nice terrace with a view. The box spring bed is incredibly soft and cozy. It was a very great stay! Thank you. 😊

The holiday apartment is a dream! The equipment is very stylish and functional, the balcony with lake view is super nice. The lake is right outside the front door and, in addition to a large meadow, also offers a beach with comfortable benches. The property is also well suited as a starting point for day trips (Walchensee, Herzogstand). The landlords are very friendly and give helpful tips. We will be happy to come back! It was a really great time! ❤️

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, as well as a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

We (married couple in our early 60s) were now in the building for the second time and in this apartment for the first time. We believe this is the only house on Lake Walchen with such a great view from a covered balcony, plus a private swimming area within walking distance, plus directly on the path (no through traffic) around the lake, plus hiking opportunities immediately from the apartment. Almost all houses that are directly on the lake have a thoroughfare directly in front of them. When the weather is nice, cars and motorcycles line up around the lake. This is not the case here, a huge plus for the apartment. The apartment was really super clean upon arrival. The kitchen is spotless, as is the bathroom (which is a bit dated, but in good condition) If it rains: log in to Netflix. Very good TV. Good equipment of the terrace. We enjoyed the almost 2 weeks very much.
